Cowboy's Switch the Darkside

Weigh in 218.2 up 4 fucking pounds.

Ate less due to not being overly hungry
No cardio due to schedule all fucked up
Had a couple PB cookies wife made, had a cheese burger after DL PR
1 week on 50mg anadrol
Busy for 11 hours yesterday with fire department calls (330am to 230pm)so didnt eat much, food was brought for us. Breakfast was a couple small pancakes a little syrup and 2 sausage, a muffin, then a sandwhich for lunch.

There is no way I over ate that much, got to be water.

Drol done until I can be more consistent. Will finish the last week and right into var when i get 6 weeks straight to run it, var will be at 60mg.

Gonna pin 1.2 cc today (300mg), then again on Thursday before I leave. 600 mg over the next 3 weeks shouldnt be too bad. It does avg out to 200 a week, I know it doesnt work like that but...

Cant plan gym time at camp until I see it. This week will be MTW chest/tri back/bi, leg/shld split.
The 2 weeks in camp will either be a 3 on 1 off of above split, or if able to run it will be 2 weeks of PHAT 2 on(strength) 1 off, 3 on(hypertrophy)1 off.
That made me laugh. Good stuff man!

Have been and will be following along.

Lol, thanks and glad to have you following along. Its funny in a PL thread to by whining about gaining weight...
At the end of the day it’s still a weight class sport. Powerlifting is definitely changing and 5-10 lbs of bw can make a very large difference when totals become competitive

Looking back at my switch to PL, and coming off blast, cutting too.

Since Sept
Deadlift up from 405 to 475
Bench up from never (85lb dumbells) to 245 almost 265 bench and 100lb DBs
Squat hit 405 for a half squat lol, but have been keeping lighter since working depth, form, etc. This still needs some work

How are the heeled shoes working for you on squats?

Weighed in this am before I leave to camp for a couple weeks. 214.2 so dumped the water I gained on the drol. Now we will see what 2 weeks of camp food, no PL but hopefully some decent BB lifting and test dropping some does to me... I hate this experiment" but no choice.

Camping is always good. Eh, just chop down a tree and use that for your lifts!!!

What kind of camping do you do? Tent? Trailer? Campground or just in the middle of bush?

I wish it was camping, sadly its a work camp. So shit food with no choices, shit gym if much at all, sharing bathroom, tiny room with uncomfortable bed, pretty much voluntary prison. I have spent about 20yrs working in these camps and it sucks. I had thought for the most part I was done with them. Also, apparently cell coverage bad and internet is limited.

Oh lol I was way off. What line of work are you in?

Maintenance Management
I can't imagine doing camps like that when I already hate attending even just seminars. I can't stand spending one night over in random places. Some people love it - I just don't get it. I never sleep well and end up feeling worn out and shitty

Years ago I was working for a different company where I ended up attending a lot of "team building" and "training" seminars where you're basically just socializing for 2-3 days straight. Was horrible and everyone who worked for the company hated it too. No one ever got anything out of it either. Total waste of company $$ IMHO.

I can only imagine your pain and boredom lolol

I know in the medical field they have a lotttttt of these types of "events" and any time I've asked: so what did you "learn"? It's never anything that couldn't have been read in a single email. Just a total waste of time.

I can imagine with a lot of things being switched over to digital format, even things as simple faxing now is becoming obsolete, I feel (hope) like these kinds of events will be very limited and start working their way out. Hopefully, anyway. I've rarely heard from anyone who actually likes them.

This is a new gig I just started. I usually work from home, they stated 2x in interviews that I would need to be onsite 1 week oit of every 7 weeks. I understand this one being 2 weeks but this can't become a habit. I have a wife with MS, commitments with the fire department. Funny thing another person in a different group in this company emailed and asked that I go to site for his workshop 25 through 7th . I responded, not a chance, I get home the 21st after 14 days, and unavailable the first 2 weeks of March. Prepped the wife if this continues with then I will just move on

Should be set with Test levels I hope.

Pinned 1.2cc on Sunday 300mg
Pinned 1.3-1.4cc today to finish off the vial so anywhere between 350 and 400mg should keep levels up enough over 2 weeks.

I totally understand and don't blame you one bit. One of the biggest things that people complain about in regards to these events is just that - people have real life going on and it's hard enough for most people to even commit to. When your job relies on it it just becomes an annoyance. Good on you tho, not everyone would be willing to walk and some people are just too passive. Goodluck bro I hope it works out for you.

Finally got on the internet, this place is so remote there is no cell or telephone service. I call home on a sat phone, we get very limited internet. Sitting on top of a mountain, above the tree line at about 5000 feet. Room is typical camp room, tiny bed and a shared toilet and shower. The food is the shits, fried, fatty full of carbs... doing my best bit not eating enough but trying. Hit the gym tonight chest and tricep. Up to 100 lb DBs, pretty shitty equipment but will make the best of it.
