Feels like both lol.. weather has caused issues this week for those leaving forndays off. Instead of the 1.5hr bus ride to the airport its been an 8 hr bus ride to another airport to get out.... this place is remote lol... then we have protesters been blocking highway so also affecting those leaving. I still got 9 days so hopefully gets better.

Lol I can't stand being on buses in general but for 8 hours? Fuck that

As far as the protesters go just distract the bus driver by covering his eyes before he sees them but don't let go until he's driven past/over them. To make it a funner experience for him get him to guess who it is covering his eyes until he guesses correctly.

That's what I'd do.

I do well lol..... but wont be up here much told boss that. Also told him at dinner tonight that I am going home Tuesday not next Friday. So flights are changed I go home Tuesday lol

Fly home tomorrow, still hitting the gym. Last night was back and shoulders, tonight gonna blast arms. Be nice to start eatkng properly again, back to PL and back to normal.

Glad to hear it lol. Hopefully they don't start pushing you to stay longer and more frequently although it seems they've already tried their best.

You’re a bigger man than me. It’s not about proving something, as some would say, but the respect factor—respect means a lot to me, and if someone blatantly disrespects me, I have a hard time not throwing hands.
 
Finally home and took all fucking day to get here.... Now to get back to routine.

Gonna pin 200 this morning and pin another 200 on Sunday to get my test pin schedule back on track. Just graphed it with the big doses then skip a week and back and looks like I didn't drop too much. Will start the last week of drol I have on Monday, and then straight to the var after.

No food in the house so need to get shopping and prepping today.

This week will work back into cardio and powerlifting but will not be full switch this week but will hopefully set me up for next week.

Weight to afraid to check, I am sure I am holding a ton of water. I did my best and pretty sure calories were low but macros all fucked. Only options for lunches were sandwiches. So will weight Sunday am to get a restarting point
 
They tried i said no. I am on the last leg of the journey home now. In my front door in about 3.5hrs
