Fuckers today said they want me to do 2 weeks in 2 weeks out. Told them its not going to happen. At best I may do 1 week every month if warranted. They arent happy but fuck it, if it dont work fire me lol...

I got to say my conditioning sucked before and now not enough calories, not enough right macros. To be honest no idea on the numbers. Also being at 5000 feet and doing a BB split damn leaves winded lol..

5 sets of 8 up to 65lbs
Incline flies
4 sets of 8 up to 55lbs
Tricep pull downs Inspire machine no idea the weight... 4x12
OH rope extensions same a above about weight 4x12

Today
1 arm Dumbell rows
5 sets of 8 up to 100lbs
Machine pulldown no idea weight
4x10
Straight arm pushdown no idea weight
4x10
Seated preacher curls
4 sets of 8 up to 90lbs
Pinwheel curls
4 sets of 8 up to 45lbs
Incline dumbell curls palms up
3x10 up to 25lbs

I like the "no idea the weight" lol at least you can still get a decent workout in
 
Shitty equip too, on of the 80lb dumbells they peeled back the rubber and welded the handle to it. Its a hodge podge of equipment but still able to get a decent workout in
That's pretty savage. Lol Reminds me of when I was young and lifting in my parents garage. I used my dad's old concrete filled Sears and Roebuck weights. I would put two 2×4's on buckets and use that as a bench for dumbbell press lol when I would lay down to do it, my spine would pop all up and down it.
 
Shady fuckers. Next thing you know they’re gonna want you out there full time. Is it different people telling you this? How to they go from 1 week out of every 2 months in the field to 2 weeks 2 at home?
 
I had some old concrete weights when I was like 13 too.
I think i had york plastic and concrete ones lol
I had some of those and also had some no name plastic ones that had sand in them and somehow they'd end up "leaking". I could never find where it was getting out though. Enough was enough when I was benching one day and I ended up with sand in my right eye mid push lmao

Just typical tell you what you want to hear to hire you and then change it. May work on some people but not me. It is typically 1 person but there are 2 now asking but it doesnt matter who asks it will be the same answer. To be honest even 1 every month is more than agreed and not somethi3I even want.

Run out of room on the bar so we tied ankle weights on the ends. The good old days.
