popped a 5mg halo about an hour before training. Got a little kick. Definitely use 10mg next time. Got an bump in aggression and focus. I’ll try the TNE maybe Sunday just to test it out. Used the calibrated plates so there’s no surprises for me at the meet. The regular gym plates flex the bar more and I can get more, was a bit thrown off at the last meet. Getting out ahead of it this time.
