I asked when I first started using the lab, pretty sure its GSO. I dont get bad pip or get it all the time but it is common for me and usually only a day or two. Your Canadian and I bet we have used the same lab, who I am more than happy with. I think most of my pip is technique as far as movement
Have you ever tried doing the upper quad, almost hip area? Whenever I’ve had pip, I pinned there the next time and I never felt it.

Only s few left up here that use GSO, qaulity gear.
Always got great gains, if I didnt get what I wanted, only myself to blame (Usually not enough food)

I had to switch to another Lab, I had the same thing, hit and miss PIP, now I just stick to MCT and I've got zero.

Yeah I have used 2 labs here both use GSO and happy with both. May have to try MCT.
 
Not upper, are you thinking VG? I am usually mid to upper outside quad and med delt
VG? What’s that? I’m not sure how to explain it... directly under your hip bone, where the pelvic crease is, but about 3-4 inches back toward the glutes.

popped a 5mg halo about an hour before training. Got a little kick. Definitely use 10mg next time. Got an bump in aggression and focus. I’ll try the TNE maybe Sunday just to test it out. Used the calibrated plates so there’s no surprises for me at the meet. The regular gym plates flex the bar more and I can get more, was a bit thrown off at the last meet. Getting out ahead of it this time.

Speed squats, haven’t done these in a while. Felt meh. Knees are hurting. Not sure if all the heavy squats are catching up with me or the mast is drying me out. Threw in some extra bench just to get volume up a bit.
 
Bet you getting pretty stoked now as meet day draws near.
Yea, a little nervous. I want to hit a 500 wrapped squat and I’ve pushed much harder for squats than anything else. I want to have a better total of course but I feel that if I focus too much on the other 2 lifts it’s gonna compromise my squat. Bench is a tough one for me but I’ve put so much work into my setup that I don’t plan on it being for nothing. Dead’s have progressed pretty well and if I do this right everything will come together at the meet.
