Yeah, on Meadows i was in the gym 5 days a week running the volume as above or more. My body just adapted to the amount of volume I was doing. I will admit one leg day was nuts... I had to stop before I finished it. Felt sick, out of sorts, couldn't get my wind, and felt like that for a few days. Since then no issues though.You can recover from it? Too many sets frys my ass
We need to keep in mind I wont be running volume like that with the intensity of PL. Which I am happy to say starts Monday
