30 mins fasted cardio all week so far

Triples arent the plan for squats though. Still working depth and keeping more upright for high bar. Basically next month or so will be working at lighter weights getting thenform down

Weighed in this am and its up. I was about 2600 cals when I last calculated what I am eating (eating same now). I dropped a meal, cut most carbs from plan, and added cardio.

Thinking or hoping its water weight, I am a week in on 50mg drol with 50mg var. Also started back on creatine. I am out of drol end of day tomorrow so will be 5 more weeks of var.

I know I shouldn't worry about the scale but do. I guess see what next week looks like

1. Fuck this cutting BS
2. I am never gonna be body beautiful. Mainly because I was a fat fuck for so long, short of surgery I will never be perfectly happy.
3. Just be happy to look good in my head (clothes on lol) and strong as fuck

To add, in clothes I get comments all the time about how I look. Even at the gym hiw my back is getting wider and thicker, my arms are getting bigger, shit I just broke the 17 inch mark finally lol

I'm wanting to end this cycle at 18.5 (Currently 17.5)
Pretty doable, considering ive neglected my biceps for 6 months straight lol.

If you're getting compliments, you're doing something right, just keep that up and dont worry about the minutia.

This MK 677 and creatine has me looking a lot softer right now. Plus been eating more carbs and been off blast since October. Part of me objects, but my lifts are going really well for a cruise and that keeps me happy.

I think I have a hard time letting go of the number on the scale, partly because of being so fat and getting rid of about 135lbs. I love getting stronger amd bigger if it happens and that's the conflict I have. I guess maybe in a way on BB routines all work outs are semi cardio compared to PL so maybe I underestimated how hard this cut would be.
 
If you're wanting to cut you're gonna have to temporarily let go of your numbers. It's pretty hard to have it both ways. They bounce right back seriously though. Like for me I benched 400+ in October, by December during my cut 335lbs was almost max effort, now in February 335lbs feels like nothing again. It's a huge, huge mindfuck at the time when your maxing on your regular warmup weight and I'd be lying if I said it wasn't ego crushing, but such is life.

The only differences is running orals on it, and powerlifting as opposed to bodybuilding. But in saying that I also know I am struggling letting the numbers drop, they really havent all that much, DL is up, bench is fairly static, squat has come down but thats more me wanting to fix form

Bulking is harder physically because every meal I'm eating well beyond being full to the point of puking. Easier mentally because my lifts go up.

I’m under the same mentality, man...Even if I got to like 200lbs, I’d never take my shirt off except to swim—so why worry about it? I’ve been fat for way too long for my body to look “good”...If I can cut down to a healthy BF, and look jacked in clothes, while being strong AF, then I’m happy.

As long as I’ve been in the gym, it’s always been an up and down thing, trying to cut...Bulking would be easy as hell for me, and I know I can put on some mass if I can just get rid of the extra fat first.
 
I’m under the same mentality, man...Even if I got to like 200lbs, I’d never take my shirt off except to swim—so why worry about it? I’ve been fat for way too long for my body to look “good”...If I can cut down to a healthy BF, and look jacked in clothes, while being strong AF, then I’m happy.
Personally I’m only willing to drop weight as long as my strength is still improving or at worst stalled out
