I know you’re following Sheiko but I’d try working your presses from a different angle, different bars Ohp, incline , decline Dbells etc, camber bar, football bar, Cadillac bar etx
I would love too, I can incline and flat barbell bench and change grip width. I can do dumbell but not sure if they have decline bench. OHP is easy peasy, wish the had some of those other bars though.
 
Was just thinking as well, since I upped my calories the pain goes away quicker lol, and of course felt alot stronger today.... about to say fuck the cut and go back to a surplus and just get strong fuck looking good lol

Bro this is my daily war inside my head lmao. I’m always telling myself “if you eat more you’ll bench 405 next year” — then it’s contradicted with “yeah you’ll bench 405 with tits”

This week I am not going overboard but I am not really worrying about what i eat. Get the cals up and metabolism working again. Next week I will be a little more strict but do plan to have more cals but still 500 to 800 under maintenance.

Help you heal a little bit at least before going back into a deficit.

I’ve actually seen better progress when I undulate my calorie intake.. 1-2 days of 1500-1800 cals / zero carbs, then 1-2 days of 2000-2800 cals (always staying in deficit), then adding in 48hr water fasting and repeat. Idk wtf this method is called, if anything at all, but it’s been working to keep me mentally stable lol...Because, goddamn the struggle is real.

To be honest, food doesnt phase me anymore, its just a fuel. I dont get cravings for anything either. My kids restaurant is closed due to the virus so she is bringingus the stuff they cant keep lol.

I for some reason dont feel hungry most of the time. Boredom for me is the killer and that's what got me to 300 plus lbs... having my grandkids during the week now we have food here that I dont normally eat but when bored will snack, my work is boring so...

I think that’s the same for me...Boredom. I’m sitting at work 12 hrs a night, doing pretty much nothing. I try sleeping, but I can only sleep so much.

So started to hear grumblings about my gym closing too. Not yet and only hearing, honestly I think only a matter of time. I just paid up another 4 months Friday too.

Anyways can get a rack, adjustable bench, oly bar, SSB bar, 610lbs and 12x8 3/8 mats plates new for about 1600 plus tax if they have in stock lol... need a place to put it not sure if I have the ceiling height in garage or basement.

That is the plan tomorrow when they open. No cash now unless i skip my mortgage payment this week or wait a week if that doesnt screw me. Sounds like they may also shut down my firehalls gym until this blows over as well.
