My current training routine. What do you guys think?

Hey this is the routine I am doing right now what is your opinion lads? Hypertrophy Training: A Simple 3-Day Full-Body Workout Routine I am a hard gainer natty (at the moment).

Based off this basic routine and your size...
Stay away from AAS

I'm sorry to be blunt.
But you dont don't even have a foundational understanding of Training and nutrition.

Gear should be for guys who understand Food and exercise, who are looking to move past the natural phase

Spend some time understanding and implementing training
My suggestion is to start with a push/pull BB program like Creeping Death.

You've been in that program for any too long.

Like @Worf said, its basic, maybe fine for a quick month to switch things up and rest, but it's not tailored or focused on any end result

Yes sir. P/P/L or even something like starting strength is good for 8-10 weeks if the trainee is a total noob. Steroids aren’t a short cut to success, they are a plateau buster. Many of us here spent 5-10 years natty before running anything. Training should be a part of life long before PEDS come into play.

1. I am not 'a total noob' just progressing slowly. 2. I don't like Push/Pull/Legs because hitting legs only once a week does not help them grow for me. Two times a week does.

No, you just eat like a bird therefor you’re progression is slow or non-existent. Get your diet down learn to track, listen to the members in the other posts you had and your noob gains will come. Stick to a routine until the end.

Why is chest always first and legs always third? Those basic routines aren’t anything special. It’s better than doing nothing but I wouldn’t waste more than a month or 6 weeks on some shit like that

Hah Idk need to ask that guy who created it. I agree it looks weird. Cause I heard that legs should be first for more testosterone release or something like that.

Well not like a bird but above maintenance and I like eating, so I eat as much as I my stomach can fit so to say xD I'm fairly tall plus I'm an ecto. And I've been out of gym for a while cause of Covid 19 obviously with not much equipment at home so had to do mostly isolation and body weight. Now Ive been back to my gym since the end of July and I see some slow but steady strength gains.

You can do lower body pulling movements. Deadlift and all the variants, other hamstring work. I don’t remember anything saying the pull day was limited to upper body.

Sure
But you have guys here who are jacked... compete in Bodybuilding like Mac
Or guys who crush Powerlifting Meets like @Worf

ALL telling you that you dont know wtf you are doing.

So if you're not going to take anyones advice... HONEST question... why bother?

You have some.amazing guys here, who I respect and learn so much from, guys who I lean on for their knowledge, and you're ignoring them.

All the while you're tall at 80kg dude

These dudes havnt been 80kg since high school

A lot of guys are giving you solid advice.
Honestly you need to eat more. Find food that digests fast for you so you can eat again quickly. I like Dante Trudels advice of fasted cardio to increase appetite.
Matt Jansen has a really good 6 week free program that’s all about getting as strong as possible on a few exercises per body part. I think it would work wonders for you.
It’s an upper/lower split 5 days a week 2on1 off

That's ok. I do take advice never said I know everything. But I am here also to have a conversation, discuss something, you know man. And I may agree or disagree with others opinion, that's what make a discussion a discussion. Like do I have to just say yes to anything anyone say to me? Besides 'You don't know wtf you are doing' is not exactly the best and valuable advice.

Yea saw that. I think it isn't free.
Nope but worth it, maybe not his asking price but a damn fine program.. the one you running now free or not I wouldn't look at. Far better free programs out there you just need to look.
@Silentlemon1011 is 100% in who is in here offering advice, worth listening to.
You mentioned eating as much as fits in yoir stomach. I can tell you thats not enough.

Anyone else gst seriously confused while bulking?

I literally dont know if I'm full, or hungry or starving.
Then you try to eat... and it turns out your full.
So you force feed to hit macros

Fucking terrible

I have my workout structured as a full-body, 4x per week pull/push. Hammies on pull days and quads on push days. First pull day deadlifts, second pull day Romanian deadlifts. First push day front squats, second push day back squats.

It works great. My legs are sore almost 100% of the time, but I've built some serious leg mass doing it that way.
