We did some cookin last night. The small jar is the roasted cherry tomatos from my previous post. Everything in the large jar came out of our garden except the garlic. Chopped early girl tomatos, sweet red bell peppers, hot hungarian peppers, vidalia onion, large chunks of garlic, fresh basil and oregano, himalayan salt and fresh ground pepper. simmered low for an hour. Great as a salsa or as a topping on whateveer. I just put it on Italian bread and make foldie sandwiches.

Just got back from camping. Didn't take any pictures of the food, but we were eating good! Took the blackstone up for it's maiden voyage, that thing is bad ass, highly recommend getting one if you don't have one already.

$14 but that’s because even though I substituted my two sides for the baked potato there was still an additional $2 charge. BBQ isn’t cheap. Especially not in TX as we’re proud of it.
