I've had StLouis, Carolina, and Texas Never disappoints. We got some Florida Crackers around here, a taste all its own.$14 but that’s because even though I substituted my two sides for the baked potato there was still an additional $2 charge. BBQ isn’t cheap. Especially not in TX as we’re proud of it.

Got some Brass that needs attention.Just got off the road, been working like a rented mule. Work is getting crazy busy. To the likes which I've never seen. Covid has opened up so many revenue streams, it's almost like it's fake and should not be happening.
No complaints though, first world problems I guess.
All I do now is work, sleep, fish, lift (nothing serious, just knocking some rust off) and poop. And order more ammo. Can't have enough of that. The election is coming my friends. Start planning what liberals you're going to kill first, before they and their comrades kill you.
Keep America Great 2020 fuckers

12 yrs married today. Lil north texas barbecue pit. No masks ALLOWED. Glad to see Texas upholding the bill of rights and freedoms.
Nice, just did a brisket last weekend. What kind of smoker you got?Myself and 5 of my buddies started the Londonderry beer and gun club a couple years ago. We are affiliated with NRL.
We have a competition shoot the second Sunday of every month. Tomorrow is the September shoot. I'm preparing lunch for after the shoot tomorrow. I'm smoking a 13.5 lb. brisket. It's going in the smoker in a couple minutes. I'll be setting my alarm and waking up about every 2 hours to check it. Hoping it's done by 8:00am. First shot fired at 9:00. I'll be posting pics periodically.View attachment 135628
Actually I use my grill. I have a 5 burner Charmglow. I read an article the beginning of summer on how to convet your grill to a smoker. This is the 5th brisket I've done and they've been really good. Space is an issue for me so if I can cook 2 birds with one stone then great!!!Nice, just did a brisket last weekend.
