What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Man I'm punchy. I was up and down all night smoking that brisket.
The 13.5 lb brisket went in at 6:00 pm with an Internal temp of 47°f. Smoked at 250°f. It was sprayed with vinegar water every 2 hours and mesquite wood chips were added to the smoker boxes. It came out at 5:00 am with an internal temp of 203° f. We ate after the shoot and there was maybe 1 lb left. Very good day!!! I'm going to bed. Peace.

My girl who is a fantastic cook and meal prepper and baker surprised me with a homemade apple pie. The day before it was scones, oatmeal raisin cookies and oatmeal cranberry walnut cookies. LMFAO!!! That is the most ridiculously incredible food and drink sculpture I have ever seen!!! I keep looking and laughing in both disbelief and envy!!! You can't just post that and not give us more info. How did you come across it? How much was it? Did you finish it?
