PRP injection for shoulder/rotator cuff pain

Basically I've been having shoulder pain/impingements from workouts since 2018. I stopped working out for 7 months with no results. By watching some yt videos on how to diagnose different types of shoulder problem, I concluded the pain was coming from the supraspinatus tendon

I've heard several people who had good results from PRP for shoulder injuries and I realized that it wouldn't be complicated for a homebrewer to prepare PRP at home and administer it myself so I gave it a shot. It was the messiest experiment I done thus far. My room basically looked like a crime scene after the preparation. There were bloods everywhere.
It was a bit complicated when it came to injecting the PRP as you have to be very precise in order to inject the right tendon. Anyway, 2 weeks after I did PRP injection, my left shoulder is 80% better, my right shoulder is 50-60% better. I'll probably do another round of PRP or try bcp and TP to get rid of the rest of the pain.

The most expensive part of this experiment is the centrifuge which cost me $300 from Amazon.

Couple questions as I am planning on going this route as well soon.

What rpm and how long did you spin for?

Single or double spin?

Does that centrifuge get hot at all?

ARE you getting PRP or PPP for the injections?

I did 4000rpm for 4 minutes, single spin. It was a mixed of PRP and PPP because I didn't draw enough bloods. I drew only 30cc of blood. For best results, draw 60cc of blood and do double spin. That way you achieve 6-10cc of PRP.

Especially super stubborn injury muscle knots seemed to vanish when adding HGH.

My achilles tendonosis also got MUCH better after four months. Altho it might have been a coincidence. At that point i had been doing the double legged heel drop exercise, for 3-4 months before adding HGH

15 iu sounds insane by the way.

The water retention, blood pressure and lethargy must have been unreal
The only adverse effect I got from it was water retention. I didn't experience CTS or lethargy. My blood sugar and blood pressure were normal and for some reason, taking 15iu in the morning boosted my energy level. I ran 15iu for 1 month straight.

You're a beast.

Pharma hgh?

I have to wonder what six months at 500 ish IGF 1 levels would have done for you.

HGH takes time to work right? Especially for tendons I would assume. Healing is slow as hell

I was on GH for a whole year. I did 15iu for 1 month, 7.5 iu for 6 months and 5 iu for 5 months.

Ah okay, safe to say you gave it a shot then!!

Man i would love to have my whole freaking body shot up with stem cells. Hopefully with time it will get cheaper.

I heard of places charging 5k usd tho, not that bad

Who's going to inject the homebrew PRP into their shoulder tendon or any other tendon for that matter? It's not like anyone that I know has a ultra sound, besides any amount of practice shooting into your tendons?
