@Clark Cooper this thread doesn't make a lot of sense.
What is your current body fat percentage?
What is your maintenance calories?
If you don't know maintenance and haven't been playing with calories how will you know how much to add or subtract? It takes lots of time to learn your body, watching the scale as you adjust and get dialed in.
Stop worrying about losing abs ect. If you are bulking from 12% let's say, then you might hit 14 or 15 percent. You will still be lean!
Personally YEARS before gear (in another sport)I was 6"4" just shy of 200lbs. sitting at 12% body fat. Daily maintenance was 3600 to 3800 based on MY activity level. if you don't work a physical job or train cardio for over a hour a day before lifting it could be a LOT less for you.
My first cycle I was at 4100 cals.
Some info on you would help us greatly to answer your question.
How tall are you? Bf%? Current activity level? Diet? ECT
Also based on your previous threads......there are ways of eating enough without "organ stress " I had colitis and still manage to eat and it took time to adjust for that! I couldn't eat certain things without pain and vomit and not leaving the toilet.
