Not in the US man. Big money in the long term game. Look at suboxone. My sister has been on them for years...years. a medicine designed to help with withdrawals in the short term. Like days to a few weeks. Shell never get off. Ever. I tried other meds too. They make you gain 15 pounds overnight and your dick wont work. I'm gonna try a whole new approach with my anxiety.i see a lot of guys here mentioning klonopin or xanax, which ive taken and theh work great but i only ever used them short term. good luck finding a doctor in canada to even prescribe them to you and just forget about a long term prescription they much rather shill you the new flavor of the month "anti" depressant. i just tough any anxiety out these days, or start smoking more cigs...
Damn I just started a thread about my health issues and seems like I should have read this first. I’m sure I am ate up with anxiety. Have all the symptoms of a heart attack but no chest pain. Sound familiar to you guys?
No pain. Just the other symptoms. I have an appointment for Wednesday. Going to get the ball rolling. Thanks MSG.i would imagine anxiety can differ between people. For me it starts as an uneasy feeling in my chest, followed by increased heart rate, racing thoughts and sudden panic.
Thankfully it doesn't occur often and the last couple of times i was able to talk myself down because i knew i wasn't in any real danger.
So if you're talking along the lines of pain in the left arm and jaw type symptoms, then i would be seriously concerned.
Or get rid of my wife and kidsBest treatment for anxiety is learn to live with it.
Thanks for that. I will look into that.Ashwagandha root extract Has been shown to lower cortisol levels by 20-30%. Maybe one of the best natural anti-anxiety supplements.
Fuck benzos it’s a shit drug that builds tolerance to fast.
