Don't do that. The sugar free stuff supposedly still triggers an insulin response in your body because the sweet taste tricks your brain somehow. Negates the fasting benefits. Too lazy to dig it up right now but there was a thread about it a couple years ago.
Just stay hydrated and you'll get used to the fasting pretty quick. I actually feel a little more mentally alert when fasted.
