Working Sets:
Squat: 135lbs
Bench: 145lbs
Deadlift: 225lbs
OHP: 90lbs

Experience: Played hockey/soccer my whole life, only lifted for ~1 year most of which being calisthenics due to COVID lockdowns. Have went from 130 to 162 in the last year or so.

Running nSuns 6 days a week with a lot of accessories focused on hypertrophy. Have dealt with hip issues/sciatica that have just been corrected in the last few months. Does noobie gains + PEDs = injuries? Stay tuned to find out

Pre-cycle blood work: All is good. Vitamin D, Iron, and hemoglobin were low so I'm taking supplements to address that.

Have Aromasin and Nolva on hand. Looking to use Aromasin only as sides necessitate, will sprinkle in 12.5mg as I see fit. Unsure of Nolva dosing for PCT

Remark: I'm a pretty well-educated guy that understands the risks/rewards of my cycle and I'm not really looking for negative remarks on using PEDs at my stage in training, yet I expect them nonetheless.
 
Dude just enjoy your 20s. Keep working out naturally. This is a dumb idea.

My friend took 500mg of test e for 12 weeks, with anavar the last ~4weeks. He was like a 5'11 175lb skinny engineer who hasn't built much muscle in life. Good at calisthenics and running etc

All that happened in my opinion is him looking like shit, I seriously thought to myself wtf. Just bloated and kinda fat. Gained 20lbs. I expected him to get abs or something. Especially being so much skinnier than I was.

Fuck, you're right. If he can go from 130 to 162 in a year he definitely needs PED's. At 22 its the perfect time to start fucking with your hormones when your test levels are already high. Go for it OP!

So you expect us to believe you gained 32 lbs. of muscle naturally over the course of a year doing calisthenics? Seriously? Come on man.

If you can do that then why the hell do you need PED's? After a cycle most guys are lucky to hang on to 5-8lbs. of real muscle.

Alas, you're clearly going to do what you want despite our years of combined experience telling you otherwise. I blame it on how easy it is to get PED's nowadays and everyone wanting to get there "fast". Building a physique is a slow and consistent process.

Anyhow, what is your goal for this cycle? Did you get bloodwork before your first pin? You should have. Dont just "sprinkle" in an AI. After 4 weeks go get bloods done 24-48 hours after you pin. IF you're estro is well above the normal range then and only then do you take an AI. Some need none, others aromatize alot. Oh and make sure you get the "sensitive E2" test.

Since you plan to PCT get some HCG. Pin it 250iu twice a week until the bottle runs out. Then take a 2 week break and start again.

After your very last pin wait 21 days and take 1000iu of HCG every other day for 10 days. Then start clomid and nolva. Read up around here for the protocol.

I was benching your deadlift max for reps before I even considered gear. It would've been absolutely wasted if I'd used it sooner. Don't be surprised if you progress too fast and get hurt

You have no idea how refreshing it is to see someone recommending to wait until the test is actually clear of their system before starting serms. The 2 week rule has you still saturated by exogenous test

I completely agree. I mean hell, he just came out of his post pubescent growth stage and has alot of potential to grow naturally. He could cause some serious issues to his endocrine system at such a young age. At least he isn't planning to B&C.

The real question though is how does he hide his gear from his mom???
