I did, however I wanted to see what 10ius that I was on, would give me. I'm currently doing 5iu just to recover as I take a break from gym. For recomp, he want's me doing 3ius twice a day. I'd like to stay at 10 lol, but whatever.
He checked my throat/nasal cavity and the left side is a bit inflamed. He's prescribed some nasal steroid spray to lower the inflammation. He says if this doesn't solve the issue, I should do another sleep study. I did one with the VA and they said I didn't have sleep apnea, but my wife recorded me last night and it literally a thunderstorm and me gasping for air at times. But this is 100% due to this nasal issue.

@NBE who has commented here a few times. The goal was to do a three-month bulk, starting December until March, then cut, but he thinks now it's best to recomp—being that I gained 22lbs in such a short period—then go into a cut. Of course I could push back and insist on bulking, but I don't to. I don't want to be a mass monster, I'd like to look more like a Classic guy than some super heavyweight freak.
My main goal is really to just look good for myself; I would like bigger arms and calves, and just lean out. He says I can recomp and still grow arms/calves so long as I have high days on those days, using slin to drive nutrients in the muscle and GH obviously.
No I'm not competing or anything like that; I just wanted to see what I could do with a coach for fun basically. This is a hobby, but also keeps me mentally sane.

BP was 136/80
EKG was Normal.
Bloods were drawn and now we just wait for results in a few days.
