1g Deca Only Experiment

I did, however I wanted to see what 10ius that I was on, would give me. I'm currently doing 5iu just to recover as I take a break from gym. For recomp, he want's me doing 3ius twice a day. I'd like to stay at 10 lol, but whatever.

He checked my throat/nasal cavity and the left side is a bit inflamed. He's prescribed some nasal steroid spray to lower the inflammation. He says if this doesn't solve the issue, I should do another sleep study. I did one with the VA and they said I didn't have sleep apnea, but my wife recorded me last night and it literally a thunderstorm and me gasping for air at times. But this is 100% due to this nasal issue.

Coach is @NBE who has commented here a few times. The goal was to do a three-month bulk, starting December until March, then cut, but he thinks now it's best to recomp—being that I gained 22lbs in such a short period—then go into a cut. Of course I could push back and insist on bulking, but I don't to. I don't want to be a mass monster, I'd like to look more like a Classic guy than some super heavyweight freak.

My main goal is really to just look good for myself; I would like bigger arms and calves, and just lean out. He says I can recomp and still grow arms/calves so long as I have high days on those days, using slin to drive nutrients in the muscle and GH obviously.

No I'm not competing or anything like that; I just wanted to see what I could do with a coach for fun basically. This is a hobby, but also keeps me mentally sane.

As for the doctor:

BP was 136/80
EKG was Normal.

Bloods were drawn and now we just wait for results in a few days.
Why’s with the bulk -cut - recomp every other week - you and your silly coach are way over complicating shit man
 
The reason I don't like this is it has a high likelihood of crossreactivity with secretagogues. Best to send your rhGH to Jano for proper testing.
I'm not concerned with the GH's legitimacy, more wanted to see how my body reacts to it. Qingdao has their tests already.

If you are getting a IGF-1 test.

For example run hgh for 10 weeks at 10 iu, then run 5 iu for 2 weeks, but then take 10 iu for 1 weeks. You are not getting a true reading of 10iu, because of dropping the dose for some time. You would have to run. The hgh for 3-4 weeks to get a true reading of igf1.

He wanted to grow, so we did that. He met complications, so we changed the plan to fit him better you fuck.

Looking forward to the log continuing without all the bullshit that is infesting this thread.

If you trust your coach, however, just do what you are told instead of doing whatever.

As for as lookin like a Classic guy, you will need to end up weighing in at 205 at 5'11" - so you better take the planned cut this summer seriously.

You can still fit some more muscle on and get into shape in that weight category if your coach has any experience with prepping winning competitors and you are willing to do what you are told.

Health markers aside from the crushed HDL aren’t terrible. Liver values aren’t awful considering the amount of anadrol. E2 is way low for my liking, but, that’s subjective.
