I dont think so, all i know is you are going to want the sensitive e2 and sensitive free/total testosterone lab testing. Maybe someone else hear knows the actually names.

So it can differentiate deca being test on a lab.

People fail to understand the protective role e2 plays in our body.

Especially when it comes to 19 nors when it’s known to be neurotoxic and rougher on the heart.

What i fail to understand is where is the cutoff point where more becomes problematic.
I know transgenders bump up their estrogen to 250-300 and dont die but also dont have erections.
What is a happy medium?
What is the best range?

They really go that high?? I’ve had my blood drawn and the highest was over 250 I can’t remember what, maybe 300? I was bloated and would tear up at movies or a commercial.

For me when I’m on cycle I like sitting between 40-60. I never have issues. My cycles consist of 500 test at most and an oral with mast or NPP…. Maybe blood pressure creeps up to 130/80 instead of 120/70. But expected when I’m shoveling food down. I’ve never really had gyno issues.

I know I don’t ever want to crash my estrogen again. I felt like death.

Some guys go in the normal reference range on the blood test. I personally noticed when I let my e2 creep higher the gains are way better.


Think it’s all personal. i think with elevated test you want some extra e2 in there. I don’t think there is a perfect ratio everyone should follow though.

For me if i have to low E i have 0 sex drive.
To high E and i have sex drive but go soft.
In my part of the woods we don't have the sensitive estrogen test so sexual performance is how i gage.
Used to look at bloat but did not get it last time even on dbol because my diet was super clean so i ruled that one out.
Now i just let it go as high as i can and still perform in bed.
