US Domestic Azithromycin Vendor?

Girlfriend was babysitting the other week and come to find out the kiddo had pneumonia. Naturally she’s got it now, and her doctors office turned her away / wouldn’t see her because of the Covid risk. God forbid they do their job right? Apparently telehealth isn’t an option either because her lymph nodes are swollen and they need to be “hands on” to give an accurate diagnosis.

Our friends over in India carry azithromycin but we need it sooner than 4+ weeks. Anyone know of any US vendors that carry it?

This doesn't sound real. Your girlfriend caught fill blown pneumonia from a baby? I had double pneumonia and a blood infection once and I made out with fucked, and came in my girlfriend at the time and she didn't get sick at all. Pneumonia doesn't spread like a cold. Regardless, if she does somehow have it, then go to the urgent care or ER depending on how bad it is. Like for real pneumonia ain't no joke you should go to urgent care not your normal PCP.

Edit, for graphic details, I even used my pneumonia-laced spit as lube to put it in her ass lmao. She literally didn't even get a sniffle afterwards. Also btw this sex session was the day before I found out I had pneumonia. I had literally no idea until the next morning when I woke up with a 105 degree F fever...

She’s a nurse so I trust her judgement, and it was confirmed that she was exposed to it.

What is pneumonia to you? Do you hear fluid at the base of her lungs with a stethoscope?

There are alot more reasons for respiratory infections other than COVID. It's kind of stupid how they now ignore the rest of the cold viruses out there.

Go to an urgent care and get a chest x-ray to diagnose pneumonia. This isnt complicated and you would get treatment sooner than a domestic order with a 3-5 day T/A

Pneumonia cam be extremely serious. Get to to a care facility now. Or Zhe might wind up like me with a fever of 104.8. Shivering so hard I cracked a tooth. Had to get am ambulance ride and my BP was so high they had to stick me over 10 times just to get a fucking IV in for some fluids. I honestly thought I was gonna die

I just am doubtful a doctor would refuse to treat a patient because of POSSIBLE COVID. That is insane. COVID has a massive array of symptoms. Headache. Body aches. Muscle cramps. Fever. Cold symptoms. Diarrhea. Is this doctor just not treating anyone for fucking anything ever again because it is ALL a possible COVID case? That's why I doubted the OP. If you accurately described the sitch then I am sorry. I just struggle to fully belive it. You must have left some deets out. Like the scheduling person must have said, I am sorry, because of covid risk we can't treat you here but you should go to the UC or ER clinic at X address. There is no way they would just say fuck you stay home bitch we don't want ya here.

If she really had pneumonia then she doesn't have days to wait for shipping to get fish antibiotics. I can't even believe she has basically just waited and done nothing just because some idiot at her primary clinic told her no. I wouls have demanded to talk to the manager or just gone to urgent care right away.This makes no sense. Why hasnt she gone to urgent care and instead just sat and let her pneumonia get worse?! If she is really a nurse then that is super reckless and I can't imagine a nurse doing something like this. She should know that pneumonia is super serious and will only get worse if not treated.

There is zero guarantee that te fish mox is dosed correctly as it is unregulated. And if it is viral then that might not even be what you need for the srain she has.

Not only could this not work on her, but eveb if it is bacrerial and zpac is the ticket, underworld fish mox could mean she gets a rebound infection or even winds up with a zpac resistant strain after that. There is only one correct decision and that is to go to urgent care, literally right fucking now.

OP, I used these people once when a "baby" gave me "pneumonia" so bad I had to tape the end of my dick cuz it burned when it hit my boxers.

They had him on 40mg Prednisone, Albuterol breathing machine I forget the exact name, then also Albuterol inhaler, promethazine then switched to a one that had alil codeine in it cause it hurt him to literally cough and he was literally so sore from just coughing, then they had him on some bullshit antibiotic call cefin which then eventually switched to the one that always saves him which is levoquin/levoflacine. Saved him the last two times he was in the hospital but they gave him higher dosage of Prednisone and levoquin was through iv, if u get really really bad they will give u adrenaline also..... Thankfully he started getting better with the other cough medicine and higher Prednisone and levoquin and keeping up on the Albuterol breathing machine.... Thankfully wasn't covid tested his ass three times

Pneumonia is a symptom. It’s a symptom of an infection that can be very serious.

Your story doesn’t make much sense. Without a medical exam to properly diagnose the type of infection, there’s no reason to think Zithro, a very broad spectrum anti-biotic would work at all.

I can tell you though I used to have access to it at my work and every so often I’d have to help myself to some. You see, if there’s a little burning when you go to piss that’s when you actually need some Zithro. 1000mg straight down the hatch. One dose and in a week you’re pissing like you never met miss what’s her name from that pub.
