Zero appetite

On that note try mixing in a blender....

1 cup quick oats
50g protein from whey
40g peanut butter
1 banana or a cup of Blueberries

Easy meal replacement so to speak
but grind the oats first in a cheapo coffee grinder. Much more effective than a blender in my experience
 
Id be willing to bet your thyroid metabolism has slowed down.

Does it to me, as im hypothyroid and its a cunt to sort out sometimes. Check ur morning temperature should be above 98 at least 98.4 to 98.6 if below 98 then that can help point to the soultion. Also check your heart rate first thing well lying in bed.

It could be as easy as adding in some t3 to help convert ur synthroid and to bump your metabolism back up.

If your taking things like berbine that will kill yoir appetite as well , i didnt read the thread, i just seen 100mcg thyroid meds and no t3 with all that gear. Likely your thyroid not keeping up.

Yes, I am hypothyroid too. I don’t have any T3, but I’ll need to get some… and it will take weeks. Or I can just up my Levothyroxine?

Id need to see you current blood work with the 100mcg dosage your on now, to get an idea on where your at, and if that dosage is even enough for you without that cycle.

Its not always as easy as increasing t4 , if your not a good converter, then it will just go to rt3 and not where you want it , making issues worse so to answer thats it be difficult.

As far as t3 , if labs and temperature and heart rate show and indicate that your lagging then there are a few supplements that work very well at rasing t3 naturally.

I know women that are 90lbs soak and wet and thee replacement is 100mcg and im guessing your much larger, so thats why im curious. Thyroid works on a negative feedback loop so if your under dosed taking t4 then your going to be more hypothyroid etc, untill you reach that doasge you need or untill t3 is added to correct the ratio.

2nd , why are you on 50mg a day of clomid? I can see a preventive doasge of 25mg a day or even 25mg 3x a week but your not getting any hpa recovery using clomid on that amount of gear fyi. If you were on trt then yes you could on 25mg of clomid. That alone could be effecting you.

Also you should add in some p5p for a bit of prolactin control prevention.

Check your temperature, morning afternoon and bedtime along with your heart rate prior to any activitys. This is beyond the best way to know how your metabolism is acting if done correctly.

Heart rate is tracked in my cycle log, I’m only 4 days in, but 2 weeks in on T4 itself. My resting heart rate climbed by roughly 19. Went from the usual 60 to 79. Will check my temperature. Thanks!

And yea, at 6’10” and 285lbs I’m much larger.

Looks like I need some p5p… what is this and can I get it over the counter? 50mg/day is my prescribed clomid monotherapy. It was working very well. This is used as a replacement for HCG, but I can easily get HCG if I need.
 
One word. CARBS. Carbs stimulate appetite. I never understand this not being able to eat issue. I snacked on dried dates and figs today and I wasn't even hungry. 1200 calories right there. Handful of nuts is another 1k calories. Get your protein in somehow. I ate a whole kilo of salmon fillet after my workout along with potatoes which are also so easy to eat. You don't even have to chew salmon. I'm over 400g of protein from solid food and no powders today without even trying. I can get 5k calories even when I take eca stack three times a day if I want. How is it hard? Stop eating things like bread if you get bloated easily. There is a reason bodybuilders eat rice.

4 cans of tuna in tomato sauce = 4x30-35=120g+ (I actually eat a lot of bread with tuna myself too but it doesn't mess my stomach)

Ground beef 240g x2 = 50g+50g (two huge tortilla wraps) + whatever I got from cheese I dumped on it and other indirect sources.

These are the protein sources that are the easiest for me to eat. I only eat warm and fresh food. No more precooked cold chicken from plastic food containers.

Normally I have some protein ice cream in the evening (got a machine at home) too. Highly recommended - Ninja CREAMi Ice Cream & Frozen Dessert Maker [NC300]. You can make these super light or super dense in calories and high in protein of course.

I just remembered I ate a protein baton at the gym too. That's another 20g

2.2lbs of salmon is really 200g of protein? Jackpot. Thanks. Time to hit up Costco and fill the entire 7ft chest freezer.
 
I’m hypo. And T4 + HGH is apparently a great combo.
There we go. Now ive learnt something. So hgh and t4 combined. Is the hgh dose from your doctor significent enough for muscle gains. Or just replacment theropy. There is nothing like this in australia. T3 and t4 not to hard to get for fat lazy cunts. Hgh is almost impossible. Certainly not from gp/doctor. Would have to come from endocrine/hrt clinic.
 
I recently started my bulk cycle. 4 days in and I have zero appetite. Why? I used to be able to eat everything.

Current cycle:

500mg/week of Test C
450mg/week of NPP
50mg/day Clomid (prescription)
5.77iu/day of HGH
100mg/day of T4 (prescription)

I’m eating two meals a day, if that. At one point I was lifting fasted, and just had no energy.

I am just not hungry at all… I didn’t even touch my dinner. Anyone have insight into why based on my above compound list?
Just for the record im ecto. Eq helps me eat. But to not be hungry at all. Hope you get on top of it quick. Gains are too hard to come by for this caper. Best wishes for swift fix my friend.
