What's the deal with me feeling weaker in the gym than before?

I don't know what it is, but for a while now, I just 'feel' weaker in the gym. I swear I used to feel stronger, and even if I was fatiguing just as quickly from exercise, I still 'felt' stronger while working out.

Does anyone else have this issue? I'm not sure if it's something as simple as not getting enough variety of food in my diet.

Not enough information to really give any suggestions. Are you off cycle? Blood work? Diet? Bulking or cutting? How’s your pre-workout meal? Sleep? Program?

I blast and cruise, and currently just started a blast of 500mg test and 50mg Anadrol ed about 2 weeks ago. My preworkout meal is usually the same as I eat the same stuff every day, pork, rice, peas. I had an actual preworkout right before the gym which included 25g dextrose as my meal was probably an hour and a half earlier. I had a good night's sleep last night although the week prior I hadn't had enough.

I'm not currently bulking or cutting, just aiming to get enough protein in and letting the rest lie where it may, and I've been maintaining around 92kg for the last couple months.

My program is most closely resembling how Seth Feroce trains, using a lot of drop sets and Seth sets, but I get enough rest between muscle groups to recover as I train a PPL split 5-6 days a week depending on the week and how I feel. I had the last two days off gym so I should have been well rested enough.

I do think it could be a micronutrient issue as like I mentioned, I eat the same foods day in day out as I'm not exactly rolling in the cash, although I do take daily supplements like fish oil, multivitamins, folic acid (prescribed as low), and vitamin D.

The other thing it could be is that I reckon I had covid several weeks back, around the start of July, although I never tested for it, and my wife also had the same symptoms as me starting a few days later.

Get CBC, lipids, liver enzymes, creatinine, eGFR, electrolytes, hGH, IGF1, cortisol, TSH, fT3, fT4, rT3, HbA1C. Testosterone(total and free), E2, SHBG, DHEA, PSA, Iron, Ferritin, TIBC, and if you can a find micronutrient test to see where you are deficient, as that will help many of the internal problems once you address those deficiencies. Stop turmeric and donating blood as that will lower your iron levels and ferritin levels significantly.

When you get your blood work done I suggest reaching out to an invaluable member of the forum @Harley00. He is currently helping me with my iron and thyroid issues.

Covid can have some lingering effects brotha.

Maybe just psychologically tired, you need a change of scenery. Perhaps the amount of food is less than you spend. Perhaps your health is not very good, you need to take tests.

Weight plate police most likely.

It should be common knowledge by now that weight plates get changed out lol.

Your plates probably got heavened.

Take 3 weeks off, go do other shit, hike, bike ride whatever, just get away physically and mentally from training for three weeks, you'll most likely come back stronger and feeling better

Could be legit anything. Go get some bloods done and check that off the list. I’d suggest eating in a surplus 500/750 calories over maint and cutting your workouts shorter by 25% for a week and see if that helps. When I was new, I’d be hitting 18/24 sets each muscle on a deficit, hitting failure thinking what you put in is what you get out and felt like absolute shit.

True advice, he himself sinned that he trained a lot and had little rest, and as a result, the result was deplorable. But as soon as you force yourself to rest, change the situation and the result is a different weight gain and a desire to train!

Another factor could be blood pressure. Anadrol raises my blood pressure significantly and quickly and I do notice I tire more quickly. Probably bc heart is working harder to pump blood.
That's right, you're right and this can also affect.

Bad health IME I've been there , constantly doing "bbing" diet constantly lifting heavy weights , pin yourself with hormones, high blood pressure , cholesterol , rbc.
Obsessing with your body with how you look how much you lift.
Anadrol and test doesn't help with that either it takes a tool on your body.

My suggestion is , go donate blood , start doing cardio and I mean cardio not 15 minutes on the treadmill shit , go challenge yourself in cardio , carldio clears a lot of toxins out of our bodies, also regulates BP and cholesterol.
So do cardio eat healthy try to lose some weight and fat it also takes a very big tool to move around an overweight body full of muscles. Go check BMI most of us we are in obsessed category doesn't matter if it's fat or muscle. If it's muscle it's worst cause you need more blood more oxygen to feed the beast.

Do cardio a lot , lose some excess weight ,fix your diet , no chocolate and shit eat healthy protein carbs take omega 3.

As far as weights I would suggest you do the basic lifts and the lifts that you like in the 3-6 rep range zone , so you'll lift heavy and you be confident without destroying your body.
Do basic lifts 3-6 rep range and the accessories higher rep ranges to pump the blood. Don't worry about muscle loss you'll keep what you need you'll learn how to move your body and be strong once you'll learn to move your body and be strong and healthy you'll be ready to add new muscle mass (if you still want)

Drop you dosage at 200-250 test and add some masteron at 200mg and call it a cruise , do what I told you for 3 months and you'll feel 10 years younger again. You'll not lose muscle don't worry if y care about that

I would say 5km 4-5 times a week
Or challenge yourself to do good times in a 2mile , you can also do HIT 100m full speed run then rest then repeat etc

4-5 times a week 45-60 minutes per session if you're good at it then obviously the times decreases

I don’t quite understand why measure in km, if it is possible in time and in heart rate as an indicator?
