I blast and cruise, and currently just started a blast of 500mg test and 50mg Anadrol ed about 2 weeks ago. My preworkout meal is usually the same as I eat the same stuff every day, pork, rice, peas. I had an actual preworkout right before the gym which included 25g dextrose as my meal was probably an hour and a half earlier. I had a good night's sleep last night although the week prior I hadn't had enough.
I'm not currently bulking or cutting, just aiming to get enough protein in and letting the rest lie where it may, and I've been maintaining around 92kg for the last couple months.
My program is most closely resembling how Seth Feroce trains, using a lot of drop sets and Seth sets, but I get enough rest between muscle groups to recover as I train a PPL split 5-6 days a week depending on the week and how I feel. I had the last two days off gym so I should have been well rested enough.
I do think it could be a micronutrient issue as like I mentioned, I eat the same foods day in day out as I'm not exactly rolling in the cash, although I do take daily supplements like fish oil, multivitamins, folic acid (prescribed as low), and vitamin D.
The other thing it could be is that I reckon I had covid several weeks back, around the start of July, although I never tested for it, and my wife also had the same symptoms as me starting a few days later.
