Training around shoulder injury (labrum)

Picked up an injury a couple days ago that I know is going to keep me from doing anything involving using my left arm for pressing and possibly pulling. Aside from continuing with legs, what do you guys suggest to also hit? Should i exercise with my right arm only to help slow the atrophy process to the left?

This will more likely be a 6-8 week recovery so any help and feedback is appreciated.

I picked up BPC and TB500 and Var to help with the healing

Get some growth and do PT exercises. If you have a small tear you will be ok with this route. If it’s a decent - large tear the only route is surgery. Continue with legs, and get a pump with the uninjured arm.

What would a GH protocol be for this?

Is 15 reps/set considered a pump or should it be aimed at 20+? Single arm dumbbell chest and shoulder presses?

I would run 5-6 iu gh/day, but it is hard to tell the optimum amount. I’ve had gym friends run 10iu/day after soft tissue injuries and recover pretty quickly. I ran gh immediately after shoulder surgery for about 5 months iirc. The physical therapists and doctor were very surprised to see my results as months went on.

As for pump, you should know when you have a pump. Single arm machine presses, dumbed lateral raises, curles, cable push downs, and machine cable rows/pull downs on the good arm. You just don’t want it to atrophy like the injured arm will. After recovery, the other arm will come back.

How did you split the dose if at all?
