Picked up an injury a couple days ago that I know is going to keep me from doing anything involving using my left arm for pressing and possibly pulling. Aside from continuing with legs, what do you guys suggest to also hit? Should i exercise with my right arm only to help slow the atrophy process to the left?
This will more likely be a 6-8 week recovery so any help and feedback is appreciated.
