Time for some size!

Doing overall legs today, then taking a couple days off from gym. Getting a bit burned and have to get some other stuff done.
 
Ok finally back, 6 day deload week

2 bagels preworkout 1 hour before
Andenergy drink prior

Legs today

Adductor 120,120,130,130-10 each
Abductor 100,130,150,150-10 each
Safety bar squat bar, 135,225,225-8 each
Leg press 4,6,7,8plates per side-10 reps each
Romanian Split squat 45 plate both hands
Leg Extensions 110,120,130, 150, dropset 2x

Today did back,

Lat pulldown
One arm rows cable
Cable rear delt
Row machine
Bent over dumbell row

Went light 3 second pauses


First back workout since injury

Was told i can fo 50 % 1 rm now

All muscles not chest, i do chest with PT.

Went super cautiously
 
Also got script for deca 200 mg a week,
Also will be upping test dose next time for trt at 300 mg.

So right as i am starting this process

Will be trt

200 decs and 300 test a week.

Hammy curls 3x10
