I am 3 weeks back on TRT and wow what a difference. Being low T for 5 weeks sucked for my blood work. Really feel a difference.
Plus i am drug free for 30 days completely sober. Only took caffeine, pre workout.
Working on really staying sober as drugs were ruining life.
I also started working and meal prepping this week.
Going to be completely tracking macros now.
Macros will be 2600 cals for a week and see how that goes.
290 protein, 195 carbs, and 92 fats.
Except i ate a stupid amount these last 4 weeks. Just want to maintain where i am at now and allow for healing of injury.
