Going to start getting my diet right cooling good meals. I have been eating so much junk.
 
Still working through my pec tear, alot of heeling going on.

Debating TB or BPC but i dont want to mess it up or have any weird sides.

1) It's tough to stick to a schedule
2) most of the stuff I tried just made me feel worse.

It does make you feel worse so its not doable. Need to stat motivated

I am 3 weeks back on TRT and wow what a difference. Being low T for 5 weeks sucked for my blood work. Really feel a difference.

Plus i am drug free for 30 days completely sober. Only took caffeine, pre workout.

Working on really staying sober as drugs were ruining life.

I also started working and meal prepping this week.

Going to be completely tracking macros now.

Macros will be 2600 cals for a week and see how that goes.

290 protein, 195 carbs, and 92 fats.

Except i ate a stupid amount these last 4 weeks. Just want to maintain where i am at now and allow for healing of injury.

10 more weeks until fully back to sport

Good job bro keep it up sobriety is a hard thing it really is. The only thing that got me sober was 3 years in prison. It will get easier the longer you are sober just take it one day at a time.
