Then just do high carb days, no need to eat dirty if it doesn't agree with you but adding high calorie food will move the scale for sure. By the way you describe it, you have fast metabolism which will enable you to get away with it, now you only need to find out if you can push more healthy fats or carbs fills you up more.LOL
I tried that for two days... which is why I bumped up from 3K to 3800. I ate total trash; pop tarts, ice cream, chips and I felt AWFUL! I eat so clean now that I can't really eat anything that used to be fun without feeling like crap.
Some guys get away with just pounding sugary fruits and some love nut butters which is really calorie rich, think peanut butter, 1 small tbs is 85cals on average.
