I tried that for two days... which is why I bumped up from 3K to 3800. I ate total trash; pop tarts, ice cream, chips and I felt AWFUL! I eat so clean now that I can't really eat anything that used to be fun without feeling like crap.
Then just do high carb days, no need to eat dirty if it doesn't agree with you but adding high calorie food will move the scale for sure. By the way you describe it, you have fast metabolism which will enable you to get away with it, now you only need to find out if you can push more healthy fats or carbs fills you up more.

Some guys get away with just pounding sugary fruits and some love nut butters which is really calorie rich, think peanut butter, 1 small tbs is 85cals on average.

I do a lot of treadmill too so, that might be hurting me in the bulking arena.

Just because you consume 5000 calories, doesn't mean your body is getting , metabolizing all of it.
Yes you right, but i control my insulin after every meal and everything is fine, im not résistant to insulin, bloodwork is good

So what other paramétrer i can control ?

Thyroid is fine, i eat only food i digest very very well and low fodmap, Meat & Rice, so i dont know at this point,

For me its just genetic after so much try hard

I just started 1K Berberine every other day again (though I have metformin), thinking that with my additional daily calories, it might prevent shit from getting out of wack.

Actually not, my insulin is fine without supplement, Already tried metformin, but he destroy my appetite for no réal benefits in return for my case
 
I agree with everything but dairy. If you're sensitive to it, yes. Otherwise, no. I have zero issues with diary consumption in regards to skin.

Hormone Fluctuations is the biggest contributor for me. Also big swings in blood sugar will trigger skin issues with me. Eating good food helps...

Yes, unfortunately i am very sensitive to it.
I love a whey shake with strawberries but i get acne all over my face after a few days of whey.

Soy protein powder don’t give me acne but the taste is disgusting so i prefer to eat meat instead of shakes.

Diet is pretty much just lots of chicken, rice/pasta, veggies, lots of water & Gatorade 0, lots of extra virgin olive oil, 1 cup cashews, 1 breakfast sandwich with a sugar snack twice a week - like Nutty Buddies, or whatever the fuck they are.
3800 calories daily/ 155lbs / 400 test cyp - three times a week / 3 ius gh daily.
50+ YO

Just came off 400 NPP a week for two months. Only side was back acne.
Just started 400 test cyp. I used to use Sustanon and didn't have these issues.

Olive Oil as well as cashews/nuts are high in fats especially omega 6. Try to implement some hemp seeds/hemp oil (Omega 3). In my experience it helped with my acne.

Also Panoxyl was really helpful for me.
 
hate to dig up a few day old thread, but after reading about using dawn dish soap, I tried it. definitely helped dry up some stubborn spots I had from letting me estrogen get outta whack.
 
I started taking 5g B5 (Pantothenic Acid) a day when I had cystic ones and that cleared it up quickly and they haven’t come back in months of continued B5

The more oil you remove the more oil your skin will produce.

Harsh chemicals that remove all oil from the skin should be avoided
