No one is entitled to some one else's labor for free. If you don't want to pay to have medical doctors and nurses around for your child birth that is your prerogative. I tested them myself in the lab i work in. Its a lab within a company. I didn't generate a COA as they are all numbered and need to be signed off by someone other than the person performing the test.

This was a once off and I have only done it on one batch of each drug so bare that in mind.
