Trensomnia - What works?

High dose THC+cbn edibles will knock anyone on anything out cold if you dose it high enough.

Delta 8 is so cheap that it's easily affordable to eat a gram+ of THC to pass out.

I use 500mg delta 9, 1g delta 8, and 100mg CBN if I ever need to put myself out cold for 8 hours. Take some CBD in the morning and you'll have no hangover.

This is obviously your lane but for us normies, delta 8 is most commonly available as gummies and it's like >$10 per gram (at my local dispensary and online looking at cannabuddy and elementvape).

Going to try the anti histamine thing the next few nights. Hoping it works. Will report back
It definitely does not nothing work for me. I still wake up hot and sweaty, but I just feel groggier. I've tried both benadryl and some hydroxyzine that was prescribed to me specifically for sleep.

I’ve never been told that Benadryl is an effective treatment at all. Some people use it but it’s not the effective recommended treatment
It’s two very specific anti histamines that target the specific issue with Tren and it’s not Benadryl.
Wish I had more info
Might have time tomorrow
I’ll do my best

You'll probably want to look at this recent thread:

Mitigating sleep issues on trenbolone

In addition to the previously mentiioned PM thread ("A Solution to Tren...."),
@Type-IIx has a post on Androgens and GERD, acid reflux, and peptic ulcer [by Type-IIx] (Androgens and GERD, acid reflux, and peptic ulcer [by Type-IIx])

The scope of that article does not include Trensomnia, but it's still great background.

Managing the mast cells
For sleep and respiratory issues, want compounds that target the H1 receptor. (like Zyrtec, and Benadryl, though everything has side effects see the warnings about diphenhydramine/Benadryl)
For GI issues, want compounds that target the H2 receptor. (like famotidine, stinging nettle, holy basil, quercetin)

The wikipedia page for Mast cell stabilizer lists, among others: ketotifen, vitamin D, quercetin, and beta2-adrenergic agnonists (like clenbuterol, salbutamol/albuterol)

Note that I make no claims about the accuracy of these posts. I'm just summarizing them. However, if Type-IIx has written something on a topic, I generally take it to be a reliable starting point.

Oh no, not Benadryl for anything in my view. I actually wrote a paper about it in undergrad nutrition, concluding in a presented summary to the group that, "Benadryl makes you slow, fat, and stupid." I didn't lose any marks, but raised an eyebrow from the prof.

@GreenAmine has reported that Seroquel XR has particular efficacy for Trensomnia. Given what might most plausibly be occurring with this trenbolone effect, probably involving dopamine activity – and probably opposite nandrolone, i.e., whereas nandrolone increases dopamine metabolism (i.e., net breakdown), perhaps trenbolone does the opposite – then I believe that this makes a great deal of sense.

Readers have certainly balked at this suggestion for some reason... but Benadryl is an antipsychotic (and at near-toxic doses becomes a "fun" delirient) as well... just a shitty one that makes you slow, fat and stupid.

Tren is anecdotally the substance most closely associated with AAS induced psychosis.

Insomnia is one of the earliest symptoms of psychosis.

Seroquel is a first line treatment for AAS induced psychosis.

So perhaps what's happening here is a low grade psychotic state is being effectively treated by Seroquel and normal sleep patterns return.

Excellent. Thank you for the additional information.

Same. When i couldnt sleep on nandrolone, antihistamines didn't help at all. I only get restless legs and feel agitated from it.

For me the problem was the resting heart rate, i wonder if its the same on tren.

Took an antihistamine last night and slept well (could just be the gh though)

Wasn't benadryl, was just a generic non-sedative anti-histimine. I know the PM thread reccomends DAO specifically, but I'm going to try a anti Histamine+ pro biotic combo and see if it does anything. At worst, the anti histamine does nothing and the probiotic supports gut health

With that said, with my comment of taking a anti histamine and sleeping well--it's still too early to tell. Some nights the sleep will be great, others nights not so much. I'll give it atleast a week before concluding any anecdotal findings, just saying last night happened to be a good night of sleep, but I mostly credit that to the BOLO hgh shot before bed. Still though, if an anti histamine helps even 5-10%, I'll take it

Pm member bbxtreme recommends Histablock by Natures Sunshine (1 AM and 1 PM) and NaturDAO (1-3 per day with food) for tren sides

Ok so I tryed tren a few cycles a and e esters, 100-300mg. 300 just too much for me at my current state if u keep it 100 or under u should be good. However i find well over 60 % of my trensomnia comes from tren "night sweats" that are much worse than day sweats. They wake me up multiple times through out the night I have to get up an dry myself off with a towel fully shivering, the main reason my wife hates me taking it, even more than my temper.

How recovery happens in that state I have no idea.

So in my little opinion and experience and body, personally, it's best to concentrate on tackling the bigger problem the sweating, and find the lowest dose that works for you.

Just my 1 cents.

Yeah the night sweats are brutal. I had to put a seperate AC unit in my room just to make it somewhat bearable, and even then I still wake up with soaked sheets and a soaked pillow that I'm constantly flipping or rotating out.

I probably wouldn't run tren if I was married either, or in a relationship. My ability to care goes out the window, and my heart gets kind of icey
