Still no payment confirmation. There's clearly something wrong here. Don't give me the "banks are in holiday" BS. Because you guys are taking so much I ordered what I needed from another source and guess what they shipped already.
Something fishy 100% going on here. That was my 4th order but I ain't buying from deuschem anymore.

There's no way a delay of **16 days** to receive a payment is normal. No way. If you have internal issues just state so instead of giving this ridiculous excuse. The other source confirmed my payment in 3 days, so it's clearly not an issue from my side as my bank transfer are always instantaneous.
I wouldn't mind the wait if you were transparent but don't try to tell us 16 days to confirm payment is normal even during Christmas / new year period.

Posting this as a warning to others. I had been a purchaser of DeusChem for a bit. Recently had an issue where a package wasn't delivered (USA). Did the usual stuff - waited, checked with neighbors, checked with the local post office, etc. Filed an inquiry with USPS. They sent a letter saying "we have no idea where it went, probably got dropped at the wrong address". I sent this info to DeusChem as I always purchase insurance. And they have refused to honor that insurance. They keep saying "it was delivered" and I don't know how else to explain that it wasn't delivered to my address. I can provide proof if need be.

Do business elsewhere.

But, within a couple of month, we will receive a new batch for our HGH and make a new laboratory test report, which you will be able to find on our website on the product page.

Please note, if package is sent to a specific name and delivered to the post office, then the recipient must present an identification document to receive it.

We recommend contacting USPS again to request the official letter or email conversation with them about the status of your package. If you can provide us with this official documentation, we will assist you further. Waiting for your reply!
