During the exercise yes.. . As earlier mentioned, the 10hrs of fasting is why you will burn fat vs eating all that stuff instead of doing the 10 hr fast. I.e the exercise session itself offers 10hr fast bro and 10 servings bro same fat loss. The benefit is before and after the cardio. I hope this makes sense
They fuel you body uses depends on the cardio zone. Your body will use fat for zone 1 to 3. Where does the fat come from? When fasted from fat tissue and when not fasted a combination of the food you ate and storage.
At the end you are replenishing fats that are burnt during fasted cardio after eating. So the net is the same. The only thing that maters your are loosing fat is calories in and out.

I really appreciate that, sorry to dump my purse out on the proverbial table that is this forum.
It has been one of the most challenging times of my life. I have thought of some of the most evil and awful things I could do to the guy, I have gotten in my car and drove 2 hours to his house just to watch him.
Fortunately my rational brain took over, and I am attacking him in a different way instead. Really sucks when you have a public persona and people want to tell the world what a piece of shit you are haha.
But yeah I have been really close to throwing my life away for the sake of revenge, at the end of the day though I won't be able to be there for my partner if I do that. Seeing her heal from this is marginally more important than torturing some monster and burning the house down with him inside.

I am pessimistically optimistic.

They could have easily said “All is that stockee we got bro. Send $$$$”
and fucked me out of a decent amount.
It seems if they were doing an “exit scam”, they would have told me all was available and taken all the cash they could get.
That’s how every other source has done it…with their 50% off and BOGO “sales”.
Last emails I got were acknowledging my sending them the “hash” and ensuring pack would be sent.
I think that was Jan 8?

If he had said after CNY I'll update everyone that'd be one thing, but it was "a few days".
Oh well, if it makes sense for them to come back they will. If it doesn't they won't.

Well this is pretty bad news. This enormous back door is likely why there have been nearly no seizures of QSC and other Chinese vendors packs, while India PCT packs were routinely seized at much higher rates for non-controlled substances.
Bypassing customs on this scale will not be easily repeated, and there are not that many Chinese logistics companies. The ones involved in this will be very heavily penalized I'm sure.
And this is before the new, stricter de minimus rules took effect.
God only knows what "illegal chemicals" have been making smuggling those containers worthwhile. It wasn't gear, that's for sure.
