MESO-Rx Sponsor PCT 24X7 "1 stop shop for all day healthcare"

I will be sourcing 2 new brands for clinidipine on Monday morning as market is closed for 3 days , cheaper brand’s supply is hit or miss I will most likely source Cliny by Intas or Cilaheart by Mankind pharma

Most of us would use this with Telmisartan. Please try to also get combo Telm/Ciln tablets.

Thanks.

Yes sir 2 weeks back there were some new restrictions on export of certain medications and to stop trafficking of them Indian customs kept the packages on hold to check them then they forwarded them , which caused delay otherwise UAE post packs were usually 2-3 weeks only
No issues here I just wanted to chime in.
pleased with what was received and will be continuing business moving forward package was in good condition.
Looking forward to the next

For the record I have only experimented with peptides. Here is my list along with its reasoning

Telmisartan
- Telmaheal 40mg x 20
- Fat loss
Tadalafil (cialis)
- Tadalista 5mg x 40
- Overall Cardiovascular health + Pumps in the gym and bedroom :)
Salbutamol

- Fat loss
Mirabegron
- Megatas 50mg x 20
- Combining this with Salbutamol and Telmisartan for the Vigorous Steve fat loss stack
Roflumilast x 10
- Will be taking low dose Roflumilast every day. Studies show that it improves cognition.
Ezetimibe x 20
- Cholesterol Lowering. My cholesterol is near the top of the range but heard that getting it as low as possible is best so doing that.
Tretinoin
- A-RET 0.025%20GM Gel X 2
- A-RET 0.05% 20GM cream X 2
- Face skin health
Azylic acid
- Aziderm 20% x 4

Fluvoxamine

- SSRI to help with cognition.
Propanalol
- P Nolol 20mg x 20

- Another Antibiotic
Modafinifil
- Modawake 200mg x 40
- Want to see what the hype is about with Modafinil
Armodafinil
- Artvigil 50mg x 5
- Want to compare the effects of Armo and Moda. However stimulants already last a long time with me, to the point it impairs my sleep, so I don’t think I’ll be able to tolerate it
Loperamide
- ROKO 2MG x 6
- For diarrehea
Cyproheptadine
- APP UP 4MG x 5
- I aim to combine an SSRI with Methylene Blue which can cause Serotonin syndrome, this is the “I fucked up” button if I overdid the MB

Ezetimibe is not very effective as a stand alone cholesterol medication. It’s much more effective paired with a statin like Rosuvastatin or Bempedoic Acid. 20mg Rosuvastatin and 10mg Ezetimibe gets my total cholesterol in the 80’s which is below the normal range.

Ciproflaxin?
Amoxicillin Clauvanante?

Essentials.

Or spare you needless suffering, or even save your life, under certain circumstances.
Quite literally. I believe all antibiotics should be OTC with a pharmacist advising, and an adult signature. People underestimate infections, they quickly can lead to life threatening conditions like blood poisoning or toxic shock syndrome. These are all pretty common and overlooked by regular people

Cipro and doxy are my two that I always keep on hand. Btw 24 sells cipro eye drops that have been a godsend for me because I get eye infections often because of my job and also wearing contacts. They are great to keep on hand for pink eye which almost everyone gets at some point in their lives

In the US the FDA is moving forward to make a number of prescription medications available if you "self certify" by filling out a questionnaire in the pharmacy.

Hopefully we'll see this deregulation program survive and greatly expand. Biggest opposition from; unsurprisingly, prescription writers.

I had read that fluoroquinolones can cause permanent tendon and/or nerve damage. Not true?

It should go without saying that all drugs present risks and should be used with caution, for their intended purpose, only after doing your due diligence.

Yes Cipro can (rarely) cause severe reactions, but then so can something relatively benign like Doxycycline (brain swelling).

However, Cipro's still widely available because there are infections other antibiotics can't clear that Cipro can.

By "essential" I mean to cover unexpected emergencies, not necessarily regular use. If you have a life threatening UTI that other antibiotics don't cure, or god forbid get exposed to Anthrax, you'll be glad you have access to Cipro,

Thanks for the suggestion, will add Rosuvastatin to my order

A question I've been thinking about for a while: Is getting your total cholesterol as low as possible through pharmacological means better for your health in the long run? Are there any side effects or consideration with such an approach?

I've heard some people say that getting it as low as possible, even below the range, is optimal.

For reference, in my latest blood test with Function Health my total cholesterol is 160mg/dl which is "in range" according to the test. With in range being < 200 and Above being > 200. I have reason to believe its genetic (hearth disease runs in the family). I've also heard that lowering your cholesterol if it's genetically high doesn't lower your risk of disease

Another question: I heard people saying that different lab providers have different reference ranges, so whenever I see people mention their biomarkers. In this case @BamaCrazy commenting his total cholesterol of 80 I wonder if he took the same test I took would his biomarker be different?

Sorry if this is out of topic for this thread, just thoughts I had that I think are relevant.
