Typically 10 clicks is 0.1ml on the pens I have used. Keeps it all pretty standard.

I’ve used these pens for Hgh and peptides but not oils. Was thinking of switching to a more frequent subq injection for test E. Anyone do this? Oil seems pretty thick for the standard 31 gauge pen needle.

MCT oil works just fine. Great for when you have to travel.

I can get the adapter from insulin cartridges, which I assume will fit on the generic cartridges. No idea where to get the ring spacer.

MCT oil works just fine. Great for when you have to travel.

Thanks. Exactly why I was thinking of using one. Have a short trip coming up and thought a pen was simpler to bring.

BD 29g 1/2" works well for the MCT based oils I've used.

Only problem is melting rubber stoppers from BB atm and, I guess, melting actual plastic from the screwthread pen plunger

Can someone help me with the dosage of these pens? I bought one of the cheap ones for the first time (single cartridge 3 ML), and it has 80 clicks on the dial.

I plan to insert a 5mg semaglutide cartridge inside. How do you calculate the exact dosage for each click?

Stop thinking in terms of dose. Think of terms of liquid (ml).
Each click is 0.01 ml

The 5mg sema you have is in 1ml of liquid.
1ml of liquid contains 5 mg sema.

1 click on the pen = 0.01 ml
100 clicks = 1.00 ml
100 clicks = 1.00 ml of liquid = 5mg sema
1 click = 0.01 ml of liquid = 5/100mg of sema = 0.05mg of sema
10 clicks = 0.10 ml of liquid = 0.05mg * 10 = 0.5mg of sema
20 clicks = 0.20 ml of liquid = 0.05mg * 20 = 1.0mg of sema

Adjust accordingly if yours is 1ml, 1.5ml or 3ml of Sema.
For 3ml
1 click on the pen = 0.01 ml
300 clicks = 3.00 ml
300 clicks = 3.00 ml of liquid = 5mg sema
...etc

Im not sure about reconstituting HGH or other peptides and having it sit in a cartridge for a week or two.
I reconstitute a vial every few days since im taking 5iu a day. Fresh is better, obviously even as lyophilized powder i keep it refrigerated and in the dark

And insulin needles are like 10c each, BD makes nice sharp needles, and this pen stuff is obviously going to to be more exPENsive

This is a cool idea though, instead of filling the carts with needles you could fill them normally and cap them yourself with a crimping tool.

You can mod the novo pen by grinding out the ring inside the cart holder to make it fit but you need a 3d printed adapter to attach the needle.

Guess I’ll have to look into this, bought two of the novo pens and was wondering why the shit didn’t fit, grrhh

also lol at the apparent giant etsy subculture of back to school pen/cartridge/vial accessories, gonna wrap all my pens in Lisa Frank holographic stickers n put them in a magnetic trapper keeper slash 3ml peptide vial organizer

Do you know if it will work without a ring spacer? I can get the adapter from insulin cartridges, whcih i suppose will fit on the generic ones. But dont have ring spacers.
