Thanks @Eddie., you're absolutely correct. That said, I'm planning to see a surgeon this week just for peace of mind, I tend to worry a bit too much whenever a health related idea pops into my head.Looking solid man! I don't see any visible signs of umbilical hernia. Some guys have a "deeper" hole some a little flatter, my guessing is that it depends on how doctors tie your belly button when you were born. As soon as it doesn't stick out or hurt i think you're fine.
Friday update, last day of week 2 (off day)
Morning weight 77.7 KAY GEE
I dropped a good kg overnight, which tells me I have probably reached my maximum "starting weight + water/glycogen" , and have now stabilized.
We'll see if I gain any more weight over the next two weeks; if I don't, I'll be upping my training day calories to 3750 or 4000.
No cardio today, but I'll be doing 15,000-20,000 steps on those days from here on out.
Had me a WBJ burger this afternoon (it's a wagyu burger place), so freakin' delicious!
Followed by this lovely chocolate bar (also had a new protein bar, was shit)
Been over indulging on food all day (mostly clean food, those GLP's have made me crave eggs, oats, etc. instead of fast food). I'll probably be at 4000 by later tonight.
Shoe update, ASICS GT-2000 13
Got these bad boys on Thursday and I'm actually loving them way more than my Kayanos.
the two shoes are very different despite looking very similar; GTs are firmer and offer stability (but less of it) compared to the more cushioned Kayanos which were giving me some sole pain during cycling and fast running, these firmer GTs are kinder on my flat footed feet.
I'll be spending the rest of the night playing Expedition 33, I can't get enough of this game, it's so good! We have another leg day tomorrow, hopefully a great one.
Also, I'll be doing overnight/cold oats for my oat meals cause' it tastes so much better than warm oats (unless I use whole or low fat milk).
