More food on cycle = more growth?

At 169 pounds, the doses you are talking about are insane.

They are also not necessary.

I've been over 250, I have won an overall on stage, and I have never touched the sort of doses you are discussing. And I am not genetically blessed. If anything, I am the opposite.

Please, please, please stop looking for validation here and just go read this thread.


That man already posted here in your thread. His thread starts in 2018, and he shares pretty much everything. Just read it and soak it in. Reading the entire thread will take a long time. It will, however, be worth the time spent, and it will be far more valuable than the time you are spending in this thread.

Then make up your mind about whether you are going about things the correct way or maybe you need to adjust some things.
oh my bad, i didnt read he was 169 or whatever. im 103kg at 10% bodyfat is my best. and i run around gram of testosterone. defiently dont mind running higher if i can do without messing up my bloodwork. I know some very big guys running more than me but i thought he was atleast way bigger than me planning to run 2.7g
 
So say I manage to gain 10lbs of contractile tissue on this cycle. Bringing me to 179lbs around 8 or 9% after I cut. What should I expect from future cycles? 7lbs for a 4th cycle? 5lbs for a 5th? Is it true muscle can only be built at a certain rate regardless of drugs and food even if every growth pathway is utilized?

Do you think 2.7g plus HGH and slin for a third cycle will put on significantly more size than something more reasonable like maybe 1g +HGH? I want to reach open size the fastest and healthiest way possible but I also know nobody is going to advise me to very high dose wise for anabolics. I basically want to be Rich Piana #2 except not do cocaine
You don't just jump to dosages like that. Big guys don't even run "cycles". You just keep adding shit (food & gear) year round until the wheels fall off.
 
The further into a bulk you get, the more calories you gotta eat to grow. If you want mass monster status , then I would say yes, you should let yourself get chubby in the process, although you don't want to get fat any faster than you need to.

If your making improvements in the gym, keep doing what your doing. When you stall, up the calories a bit. If that doesn't immediately get you unstuck, then increase the gear a little bit.

so you gained around 1.8-2lbs a week at a total 45-50lbs? if not, it sounds like your calculation with that 1000kcal surplus is off by a lot cuz thats a ridiculous surplus to follow unless you are trying to become as obese as possible.


Maybe you mean 1000kcal above your calculated BMR?

5%? 5% bodyfat? yeah go 1k surplus if you want its all gonna go the muscle, post 11-12% that 1kcal is all going to fat brother

bro you shouldnt push grams of gear at all if you dont know how to diet properly. just up the calories if your weight isnt moving. its that simple, especially if you're relatively lean. also dont get yourself fat lol just stay within reason 10-15% bodyfat

I’ve tried that brother past week 20-24 I just end up getting fat if I keep pushing food. Is this an insulin sensitivity issue? If I took beeverube for a week would I be good to keep progressing?

idk ive never had issue getting proper food in. i mean if you're in a reasonable surplus and training right at 169 and you arent growing theres something very wrong. i feel like bulking is broken at 103kg. its almost like i dont even train to full intensity and im still growing just from the food and the roids.

I mean I can still gain weight it’ll just be fat. I would guess my insulin sensitivity had just gone to shit at that point so I’ll get some berberine and DNP going this time to make me insulin resistant again, do a mini cut to let my digestion take a rest, then continue with bulking

Dnp while bulking come on. After 24 weeks if you're just gaining fat end the cycle, hold your weight for a month then diet and get back on in 12 weeks.

I would guess you think you're just gaining fat because your surplus is excessive and finally caught up with you to where that's all you can see. Or you're burnt out on training after 24 weeks so progress stalls.

DNP is great for making you insulin sensitive. I could use DNP or berberine. Plenty of dudes will use DNP while running HGH + slin to stay insulin sensitive
 
Post up your last diet. Foods, etc. Just a sample day or two. Include your macros if you were tracking. Do not guess.

If you were not tracking, then, well, that is step one.
Edit: I do not guess anything. Everything is tracked and accounted for and I strategically add calories whenever I gain weight. Last bulk was interesting as no matter how many times I added 500cal I couldn’t add weight to break 200lbs even at 5200cals a day at 5’8 195lbs I just ended up gaining fat when I hit 205lbs which I would assume is due to insulin resistance. I was running deca that cycle along with test. Never running deca again

This is a full day of eating for me, planned for the start of my next bulk. All toast is whole wheat bread. I have some digestive issues that prohibit me from eating a wide variety of food so I have to find what I can properly digest and for me that is whole wheat bread and graham crackers. I can’t consume rice, oats, or any other traditional bodybuilding carbs due to extreme gas and very painful intense bloating. When I say I look pregnant at the end of the day it’s not an exaggeration. I look 7 months pregnant. Lack of micronutrients are made up through pill form.
 
Rice, as in Jasmin rice, or other rices, such as brown rice? Have you tried cream of rice? These are two easily digestible forms. Also, Rice Krispies (don't laugh until you read the ingredients list).

I had no idea Graham Crackers had so much protein. 9 grams of protein for a graham cracker meal at meal 5. I think we have unlocked the secret to bodybuilding success.
