Fix your metabolism and insulin sensitivity, you need to turn your body into a furnace. Simple sugars (healthy) and mct solo during am. No additional fats. No protein.

In other words, eat your grilled chicken and eggs and egg whites and grilled haddock and so on. 250 grams minimum. No excuses. If you cannot get that food in, then stop the trizepatide.

I do not think it is good to be at 180 grams of protein a day while taking 600mg of steroids, especially on a cut and with carbs restricted.

Get that protein in.

There's a reason bodybuilders don't follow a ketogenic or high fat diet.

Carbs are way more anabolic than dietary fats, but can't be restricted on carbs AND fats. PSMF was always doomed.
 
Dose anyone have any advice to get leaner? I'm 46 yrs old been dieting for a while training 5 days a week weight training and cardio 40 min on a incline treadmill. My calories are 1800 with carbs at 140g and fats at 50g protein at 180. I'm also taking 200mg test 5mg of trizepatide and 400mg of primo that I just hopped on 3 weeks ago. I feel great but I can't get any lower in weight from 180 I'm 5"5 in good shape about 16 BF. Im having problems loosing my love handles the little I have and no visible abs.??
Are you taking any supplements? You probably should be if not. Sometimes the body gets depleted and it can be a single critical nutrient that's been missing which will stall you.

Hey bro good call on upping the calories carbs and protein. I upped my calories to 2000 and protein to 200 carbs 170 and no joke I dropped 3lb in just a few days. Fucking nuts. That's about all the calories a macros I can eat right now until I weed off the Triz. Thanks again brother.

165 grams of skinless boneless chicken breast will put you at 250 grams of protein for the day.

Even higher than 250 grams is better.

There have been many nights when I am eating chicken breast in bed while watching some movie on Netflix with my wife after the kids have gone to bed.

Yea I always been tracking on my fitness pal but I was just not eating enough. Ill switch from chicken breast to skinless thighs and clean the fat off so sometimes I'll get up to 50 grams of fat total for the day

i'm down to 10% bf currently , confirmed through dexa, ive been really putting in the work on diet, cardio, training, water and albeit its taken a bit of time but its been a ride indeed, next time i want to drop bf though ima incorporate a glp1 for sure, , Ive currently had to return to trt+ for time being, but work ethic staying the same,,

A minimum of 4iu and preferably more. Just like all the other GH benefits that old adage is also true for fat loss, take as much as you can handle and afford. If you take a sub-q bolus (don't go IM. Most studies show you lose a good % of it going IM) of say 8iu 2 to 3 hrs before fasted cardio you'll likely get shredded quickly. You could also use some Clen on those days if you're looking to get shredded asap.

What I do on fasted cardio days is when I'm taking my bolus before bed I set up another one for the morning and leave it in the fridge. I set an alarm a few hrs early, stumble to the fridge, take my shot sub-q, then go back to bed for 2 to 3hrs. This gives the GH time to peak. Another thing is to mix up your cardio. Try doing the step machine or step master if they're at your gym. These machines have proven to be more effective at burning fat and calories than a treadmill. Also, if you walk for 20 mins after dinner you'll notice a change in body composition -this has been studied at length. You'll also digest your food easier and you'll be a happier person in general.
 
Thanks brother. This is great information. My workouts are fantastic. The weighs at the gym are up so I'm definitely stronger and my intensity is also great no problems there. I do notice I need a extra day off for test because my intensity is so good. It's usually 3 day off . You mentioned stop taking Triz. Why ?
He mentioned that in case you aren't able to eat enough protein due to the appetite suppression Tirz will cause.
