hows it been going Brother? Still "off"?
No ive been back on, about 2 weeks or so now? I was off around 6 months mabe?my last break was about the same , 6 months. Cold turkey.

It wasn’t too bad but im getting older and my job is labor intensive at times and i was just not recovering well, tons of aches and pains poor sleep , that i didn’t feel before when on gear. I need at least 250 test once a week to feel good.

Im a higher test guy and low anabolic, I usually try to stock up for the year so im super low on test and have a decent amount of other compounds, So this time around im switching it up until i get my stock pile up.
Running around 300 test and 750, 1 shot a week 3ml, easy breezy lol. Hopefully it doesn’t crash my estrogen.

My wife took me out yesterday for a long drive with no kids , for father’s day, champagne brunch buffet. They had all kinds of good stuff. This was just plate #1 i think i had 3 with different stuff. I easily had 150-200 grams of protein in 1 meal and a bunch of mimosas, i got super full and buzzed lol.

They say its rated top 5 in my part of ca.
 
Hey! Got a solid recipe for cottage cheese muffins my girl makes – super easy and great macros. Per 100g you’re looking at around 13g protein, 6.2g fat, and 24g carbs. Just blend 310g of 5% cottage cheese, 70g of 10% sour cream, 2 eggs, 80g sugar, some vanillin, 50g semolina, and a bit of baking powder. If it’s too thick, add a splash of milk. Let it sit 5-10 mins, pour into muffin molds or a baking dish, and bake at 320°F for 20-30 mins. You can throw in some protein powder if you want, but I find it messes with the taste a bit. I usually eat about 250g pre-workout, that’s around 510 cals, 33p, 16f, 60c. If I’m craving something sweeter, I just top it with a bit of honey and fruit – so good.IMG_3280.webp
 
Today was like an episode of Chopped.. didn't have a full serving of any meat so I mixed up Shrimp, Drained 93/7 Ground Beef, Trimmed Bacon, Herring and Ham, seasoned with Mortan Lite Salt. Turned out decent from the textural contrasts and prolly came out to ~ 60g protein & 5g fat.


Main thing I've been working on is my pre workout carbs..

I've noticed corn syrup (no fructose) gives me way more energy than cane sugar, but the two combined are more energetic. However, too much cane sugar and I start getting bloated and lethargic (I'm guessing from the excess fructose fermenting in the gut).

So, made a whipped egg white & flour cake with most of the corn syrup in the batter, whipped some whey protein with corn syrup and sugar (used as the stuffing, absolutely delicious), then caramelized some trimmed bacon, sugar and ginger for the topping. This prolly came out to 250g carbs, 20g protein and 5g fat.

These egg white cakes are usually hit or miss energy wise, sometimes takes like 3 hours until I'm pumped and ready to lift but other times I'm ready to go immediately, I can't figure out what's causing that aspect

1 big cup water 1 lemon w pink sea salt,

Then 1 big cup water with 2 big scoops meta mucul.

I do that twice a day, am and pm. Then i also drink 1/2 gal water min throughout the day, probably closer to 1 gal water. I feel its better than all the liquid iv or tons of gatorades or powder gatorade i would drink in the past, even though its not as tasty.

i was recently looking up "homemade electrolytes" drinks too, i was going to use per 24 oz water
1/4 teaspoon (500-600mg sodium)himalayan pink salt
1/8 teaspoons(200mg potassium)potassium chloride
1/4 teaspoons baking soda(reduces acidosis load)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
can drink half pre-workout 30-60 minutes before training to load sodium, then sip the other half intra workout, you can also add a little sugar or honey "on workout days only" if training hard that day,

I just figured if i get my lemon an pink salt in am and pm and salt my meals and boiled eggs throughout the day id be good, i think the lemon and pink salt adds potassium and magnesium? But i love honey and add it to my smoothies to sweeten it up. U can just eat cheap ass honey sticks for work out time i do that also its super convenient. I have a local fruit stand that has really good local honey sticks, its good for allergies also.

Lemon & pink salt adds fuck all to potassium and magnesium

You could swap out sodium bicarb for potassium bicarb and take a magnesium supp

10 oz of "farm raised" rib eye cooked to perfection
8 oz baby gold mashed potatoes (still haven't learned my lesson peeling those lil taters) ouchhh ,
some color with the veggies
Honestly, that was the most moist , tender rib eye i have ever had, it practically melted in your mouth,, IMG_0759.webp
