Giant Semaglutide Thread (and other GLP-1 / GIP agonists)

Has anyone mixed cannabis with sema, tirz or Reta, , and the glp mechanism definitely worked, or did weed cause any issues with these glp s and losing body fat?
I smoke every day and I haven’t noticed any negative effects with Tirz, except for occasional sugar cravings that I can control.
However, I’ve noticed that I get much higher than usual, as if the effects were amplified.

Started tirz this week at 2.5mg. The next day I had noticeably less appetite and now that I'm on day 3 it's even more noticable. I barely had supper last night, and almost had to force feed myself breakfast this morning and I wasn't able to finish my small/medium sized lunch. I spent most of the night last night laying in bed burping until I finally got some pillows and propped myself upright, which seemed to help alot. I've read there are hyper responders, could I be one? I'm not overweight or anything, I have rough outline of abs without flexing

I can relate to this, lol. Reta would’ve been perfect if it weren’t for this insane effect on RHR.

Iva has such a short half life that it really needs to be dosed twice a day for a stable reduction (in my experience); I do notice my RHR going up once I cross that 12 hour mark.

Start with 5mg x2/day and see how that goes. If needed, you can later pump further to 7.5mg (that’s the standard limit, it’s what I’m on).

I got my hands to Ivabradine, bought it from pharmacy 11 bucks for 56 pills. RHR persists at high 80s so I hope it drops at least into the low 70s. I’ll start straight with 2 x 5mg.

Do you take it fasted or with food?

That's the same response I had. Consider yourself fortunate to respond so well. Some of these guys are out here taking 20mg by the third week and they're still hungry.

Take it with food Eddie (it makes a difference); it'll reach it's full effect within days/a week. I reckon you'll easily hit low 70s with this dose.

I take it with food - it absorbs better that way. I started with 2.5 mg twice a day, but said screw it and jumped to 5 mg twice daily pretty quick. Within a few days, my resting heart rate dropped from the 90–100 range down to 75–80. So yeah, 5 mg twice a day is a solid starting point - worked like a charm for me.

Nice, thanks for the feedback man!

1 mgs tirz every five days for the first three weeks, after using no glp for quite a whiles, took away appetite enough for me, at the time

Recently started retatrutide. On my second dose of 2mg. Instantly got allodynia on the back of my arm. I wonder what causes this effect.

For those that don’t know: it feels like you have a sunburn when you touch your skin.

You got it the first week on only 2 mgs ? You sure your reconstituting and dosing properly ? Usually don’t see that till higher doses

You can get IVA 10MG that is delayed release.
I'm using it now, Coralan OD, 10mg, PCT24x7.

The allodynia and RHR effects start to weaken the longer you are on the same dose.

I'm on reta 15mg/week now, no sides. Planning to go up to 18mg next month.

Second week, and probably still had tirz in my system as I didn’t wait for it to clear out. I am confident I’m dosing correctly, appetite suppression is about as expected.

Once you increase the dose.......you start to lose any desire for alcohol, and even sex. I imagine it is the same for smoking. You can live like a monk on Semaglutide. You end up just eating because you think you probably should eat. And you just always eat less than you would and don't get hungry again.

I wasn't a fan of the sex drive removal. On Tirzepatide, I did not have that problem but I may have also been dosing too low.
Find this to be true on Reta too.
