As for pricing, 2026 hit the market hard. Raw material costs, shipping, and testing prices all moved up. Take a look around at our competitors; we sit right in that range. This is business, and both sides have to be happy. We’re not here trying to rob anyone, but we’re also not selling at a loss just to please everyone. All black market businesses are feeling the effects of these changes made during 2025.

I’m going to respect your thread and avoid flooding it with outside sources. A few people have already answered with a solid example, and I could go into more detail but I’ll leave it there for now.

Personally, I don’t buy CN oils. I did at one time, back when I was new and just starting to learn about performance enhancement. I made mistakes like everyone does, and I’m not afraid to own that.

Thankfully, I paid attention to members far more knowledgeable than myself. Over time I’ve gathered enough insight to steer clear of the unknowns. CN represents a lot of things I don’t agree with, especially considering that much of their commercial success depends on the very country they constantly criticize.

I’m not going to drag politics into this. I simply won’t do business with you, and I don’t think anyone here should be repeating those price points like they’re reasonable.

Anyone who understands actual manufacturing costs knows your margins are sky*high to the point of being ridiculous. This isn’t value it’s exploitation. China’s entire model has been to produce at rock bottom cost, slap on obscene markups, and treat customers as disposable once the money clears. I’m not interested in funding that cycle.

If we’re going to talk seriously, I’ve got a few straightforward questions. Since price matching is clearly off the table, it probably makes sense to drop that claim altogether.

First, before entering the US market, did you actually analyze it? What price range are you aiming for, and how do you justify it when we already have overpriced shit like Pharmacom that people actively complain about?

Second, what specifically makes your UGL better than established domestic vendors? Is it formulation consistency, testing standards, sourcing of raws, or is it mostly branding and presentation?

Third, why are payment methods like credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle being used? From a customer perspective, that raises questions about privacy and security. Is that something you’ve considered?

Fourth, can you commit to consistent testing, both raws and finished products, not just once but on an ongoing basis?

And lastly, what’s the actual value proposition? Why should someone pay two to two and a half times more for your product compared to solid, proven domestic options?

No hostility here. Just trying to understand the logic before anyone opens their wallet.

If you want us to think it is good, send some Beligas to Jano with GCMS screening or better, have one of us do it with compensation.
Having some generic lab report with Beligas branding as a COA isn't a good look. It shows you don't test the batches of gear you buy and resell.
Offering someone to pin it for free doesn't prove anything.

This is precisely our point. No one with common sense will want to compete or be able to compete with a direct manufacturer. We are a reseller, not a manufacturer, which means we can't buy products at prices ranging from $2, $5, or $10, as you may think.

If my product costs $20-30, listing it for $35 to match any manufacturer's price isn't realistic.

We don't want to and won't be competing with manufacturers in the near future. Our competition is other resellers like Sterodify, OSgear, etc.—stores that carry many different brands.

If there's a shop in US, offering the same products as us, and offering better prices (+ shipping, which in many cases is higher than ours), we're willing to match them. What matters to us is real competition, stores that don't scam their customers or weren't established a month ago.

Thanks for your opinion! This is not a stuff that will ruin a day. Much harder things happens and people handle it. I would love to have 'better' stuff but there is no option for now.
