Seems to be a theme with SSA, the more different items are in an order, the greater the odds of a problem.

Keeping orders to one, maybe two different products seems like the safest way to dodge problems.
Not at all... If the order is small they just don't seem to care ; if spending 5000+ usd there could be 50 different items and not a single kit will be missing.
 
Sometimes, members may report that the messages sent to the salespeople have not been replied to for a long time. The reason for this might be that every morning when they wake up, the salespeople's phones are covered with many messages. Our salespeople reply to each message, but sometimes they may miss one or two messages. When you find that your message has been missed and not replied to, you can directly click the phone communication button on WhatsApp or telegram. In this way, the salesperson's phone will vibrate and they will immediately see your message and reply. Please do not disturb the salespeople when they are taking a break. Constantly optimizing our customer service has always been a long-term commitment we adhere to.
 
My first and only issue so far with SSA, I received 1 of 4 kits I ordered and paid for of Mots-c10mg, the rest of the items were correct. But second oddity same order I was given FedEx tracking info and received the package today via USPS no changes to FedEx tracking info.

I let my rep know but im not holding my breath unfortunately. First and only time I didnt record opening a pack. Maybe QSC has me jaded but... I will update as things unfold.
Still no response beyond we will check the tracking basically.... Day 2 of no further response

at this pace if this is how issues are handled I will never spend 5k. Again my only problem ive had yet but. A response beyond let me check the tracking 48 hours ago that ive responded to twice now would be great. which again idk what tracking will do unless I was miss informed to start with....

Im going to scream 48 hrs for my rep to then again ask for the same tracking numbers..... So nothing has been done on my behalf over 72 hours... @SigmaAudley China Peptide is there something better i should be doing to solve this, or even to know what this mess is?

I was looking at the Kraken site and I think if you do a bank transfer, there's no holding period.

I have my bank acct linked to my Kraken account, so that must be why I can buy and withdraw so fast.

Idk how you are buying crypto at Kraken, but with a debit card I only had to wait 72 hours before I Could use my crypto with the first transaction....
Now I buy crypto at Kraken and send to my trust wallet instantly...
But I do know that they have 7 day wait, if you have reached your max-limit....
 
My experience this morning when I opened a package from the July promotion that had incorrect and missing items was that it was handled promptly and to my satisfaction. Micli responded within minutes of my message (they stay up late working over there!) informing her of the issues, and my missing items are going to be sent from the US warehouse as they happen to be in stock there.

I am not discounting the issues others have had with customer service, just sharing how my issue was handled.

I think my bank account is linked. I would buy it on Kraken straight from my bank. After having to wait two separate times 7 days I just transfered from cashapp to Kraken and it was fine. Still annoying all that shuffling. Im not sure why it does that
