Simple yet effective. I know idiots who weigh their food and worry about calories, can you imagine.I do drugs and then I eat food and then I get big and strong
Why do you think that is?I ask these simple questions cuz no one rly asks
It's a good question, and there really isn't an answer as there's little literature on AAS. In theory you'd be okay with less protein and a smaller or even no surplus. How much more nutrients with a larger surplus you are able to utilize on AAS, though, is a total guess. Nearly all variables that are affected by steroids are not fully understood.Thankfully I got it in check, sleep/training/macros/supplementation/bloodwork all in check. I spend 100% of my day planning/improving my goals. And I am religiously strict.
I love asking due to curiosity, I ask these simple questions cuz no one rly asks and I spend 75% of my day planning these simple stuff and I love hearing people's thoughts. Sometimes digging deep into research literature discussing these simple stuff that seem like dumb question for someone who shouldn't be taking gear.
What? Also, once steroids are introduced, sleep, training, macros, etc. reduce to a very small fraction of the equation. Not that you shouldn't have them in check, but they're unlikely greatly influence steroidal potentiation or lack thereof.

Someone should inform all the Olympia competitors they don't actually have to eat all that food because steroids just conjure up slabs of tissue out of thin air.get off this board you werido natural
Start a log where you take a bunch of steroids and go on a diet of pudding and crack smokeAlso, once steroids are introduced, sleep, training, macros, etc. reduce to a very small fraction of the equation. .5% of toal bw per week, 1 or more % if you dont care about being a sloppy sack of shit (or you have the money for the HIV HGH protocol of 18IUs/day)Mainly concerned about the weight I need to aim for, that’s what I meant with the calorie surplus, I just wanted to ask and see what people more experienced than me determine how much weight is optimal to gain per week.
I'm down. I love pudding.Start a log where you take a bunch of steroids and go on a diet of pudding and crack smoke
You have to time your insulin signaling. Insulin tells your body to store excess blood glucose beyond what's necessary for normal function and glycogen replenishment as fat.I always gain fat while in a surplus

It all means the same shit. Next time I'll go with "You're a fat dumb fuck and you eat like a 3yo on Halloween." I forgot I was on Meso.that comes down to his calorie surplus being too big, not the insulin fairy.
There's nothing wrong with gaining some fat. I'm not talking unsightly levels of fat. I maintain somewhat defined abs while in a surplus but the notion of trying to stay shredded all year while in a surplus is silly to me.that comes down to his calorie surplus being too big, not the insulin fairy.
I don't want to speak for him but from what he wrote he was saying that a 200 to 300 calom surplus is good for most people. And not to get obsessed over the scale having to move up every single week. There's nothing wrong with gaining some fat. I'm not talking unsightly levels of fat. my point is, you arent leaving gains on the table, just gaining additional fat that you need to diet off wasting time you could have spent better making gains in a small surplus.Exactly. It was off season and cutting for decades, now people suddenly think they're gonna add 20kg of lean muscle tissue over 5-10 years with 200kcal surplas a day.
Of course, you can only put a certain amount of tissue over a certain timeframe, but why always leave gains in the table in order to look always lean instead of pushing the surplas higher and be 100% sure you're getting the most out of it and gain some extra fat which you can easily get rid off by doing a simple cutting phase?
The problem with "bulking" is when people start already too fat. If you start the off season at 15% like MANY guys do and add some muscle mass and lets say 8% of bodyfat you'll be a chubby 23% bf. If you start at 7% bodyfat and add a serious amount of muscle mass (greater than the first guy since insulin sensitivity and nutrient partinioning are way better now) and add 5-7% bodyfat you'll look like a god.
I doubt i'll ever do a slight surplas off season because simply i like variety and having progress, i like eating much, hitting 5K on off season, be disgusted by food and not too pleased with the physique and then set a new goal to start unveiling the gains i made in the off season.
Doing the same thing everyday, every week and every month and waiting for the gains to come by just eating 70gr of rice more i'd be bored to death, it feels like a chore lol.
