I just played around with the last two emails from them. There isn't actually a link to their website in the email. Link to the tracking site and their telegram channel, but not the website.
What address are you using? - they changed the .ru to .net a few days back.
.net. i emailed them about the website and they told me it was changed. I didnt know it was that recent since they changed the website, but then again i just started doing business with this vendor

I ordered back in early September took a while got tracking looked like pack sat for a little or wasn’t sent and then out of no where everything moved fast about 2 1/2 -3 week process all in all

I have already ordered from PCT twice, once it took two weeks and once only one (EU domestic).
I've tried all of them. With https and without. On my cell. And on my laptop. Even use the link he's provided on sst.
Cleared all history, cookies, etc. just get a DNS error.
Edit: figured it out. Default settings for DNS on edge, firefox, and chrome all preventing it from working. Had to adjust
