I've been training aerial straps for a while, and just got a gig performing at a night club on the weekends.

Holy fukn shit it's different doing it in an night club than in the studio, and you go a little harder, and wear your self the fuk out

4 hours, 2 nights in a row did me in.

What are some non-anabolic compounds you guys have used for muscle endurance in gymnastics or bodyweight type events? Something that could maybe be used a few times through the night.

I've been looking at some ugl injectable amino blends, thinking if I can help flush out metabolites and keep nutrients going in, it might help. Someone told me that a guy that used to do it would bring a normatec kit with him. The club only does this through the holidays so I don't know if it's worth investing in one of those.

* If you've never seen aerial straps, here's an example. If you enjoy bodyweight or calisthenics or gymnastic type workouts, you should definitely look for an aerials studio in your area. Its a freaking blast.

I wonder how tne a few times a week would impact my estradiol. I'm using 15mg test cyp every day.

Is there a difference between test no ester, test base, test suspension..... ?

If it's a suspension, is it actually fast acting, or do the crystals have to break down

I'm sure there are conversations about it to be found here

It shouldn't affect e2 much, clears too rapidly.

TNE usually means in oil.
Test suspension means in water.
Suspension higher risk of infection and PIP.

They both contain the same compound (Test base), just in a different medium.

Both fast acting, suspension might be quicker than oil actually.
Either way both should last 4 hours.
 
I had a blood draw Monday morning, after preforming Friday and Saturday night. This was for labs ordered by my cardiologist after starting a statin.

My creatine kinase was very elevated. But hard to say if it was from the strain of performing, or muscles being impacted by a statin.

I’m probably going to ask him to repeat the test and go later in the week after recovering more and having a rest day from the gym.

Is this a typical number after strenuous workouts? I’ve never seen it elevated this high.

Mostly as @Photon described. Test base is kind of generic phrase people could mean a TRT amount of test ester, TNE or read suspension. TNE is unesterfied test in oil and suspension is in water.

Most people claim that suspension sits in slightly faster. But we’re talking on the order of 25 versus 40 minutes. Both are very fast acting.

As for affecting estrogen, difficult to say. It especially would depend on how much you’d use, but I tend to agree that it probably would not be a significant contribution.

Maybe l carnitine and a short acting cortisone
