Its was a strange thing they treod reshipping 2 x then sent an email saying they cannot send again customs is the issue. They then saod they can refund me half my.original purchase.
They were nice about it for sure. However im jist saying what was emailed to me.

What they said and what you are saying may or may not be two separate things.....

Are you saying you were offered a refund on one order at half the value of the order? OR are you saying they refunded full value on half of several orders?

And you are in Canada? Correct?
