You cannot come off any cycle and go into a deficit and not lose muscle. Until your natural hormone axis goes back to normal you have to eat enough to maintain and decrease gym intensity drastically.
An example would be Lee Priest. When he ended a show he would go cold turkey. But he ate in a surplus and added high bodyfat to maintain his mass. It takes months to get your hormones back to good levels... even with anavar. Harsher aas may take 6 months or longer...possibly never.
In my experience, you need to be an athletic 15% bf to maintain gains upto your natural maximum potential. No hard training until hormone levels recover. No more then a one day on one day off split. You will never look the same on vs off. You'll loose water weight and your pump will not be the same. You won't walk around half pumped all week, since you're always in a aas state of muscle recovery. You'll need to get used to all this going away until you've recovered. Then get used to never feeling at the same level as when you were on aas.
If you recover then you can maintain upto your maximum potential with a natural bf% (15% for many). If you havent recovered, any type of dieting or over training will put you catabolic quick and muscle will waste away quickly.
Then you need to account for your genetics and the fact that everyone's different. Good luck, many fail.
P.S. in a worst-case scenario you still have muscle memory. So when (and if) you do fully recover you'll quickly add mass upto your maximum genetic potential. But your bf% will always be around 15% unless your genetics allow for otherwise.
