Hey i need a little help with a diet i was on a no carb low fat high protein diet it worked great but man was i a dick while doing it just want a good diet to cut up on before my cycle of test E one thats not going to ake me kill someone. thanks
 
What? Why were you a dick? If you can't handle a diet, I hate to see what happens to you if you get on AAS and have to be even more strict with your training/nutrition to get results.

Eat six smaller meals a day, 3-3.5 hours apart. Combine equal portions of protein and certain carbs. Research carb cycling. That's what you want to do. If you exclude carbs, you'll force catabolism and eat away at your muscles. Also, a healthy diet includes fats. I wouldn't be trying to avoid fats if you're still trying to gain mass. I wouldn't even avoid them if you're dieting. Your body needs them. Keep it moderate and you'll be fine.

Healthy weight loss is between 2-3lbs a week. If your expectations are any higher you need to do more research.

Don't worry bro, carb cycling and keto wreaks havoc on most people's emotions. If you go that route again try supplementing with 200mg SAM-e daily. It will help balance your moods. I have used it in cuts before and the change is notable. You can get SAM-e at most grocery stores and pretty much any nutrition shop. Start with 200 a day and work your way up to 400 if needed.

I felt like i was just killing my self i was felling weak in the gym and just cranky i was living off of protein shakes and fish and chicken it was the hardest diet i have ever been on just cause there is real nothing to eat I lost 28lbs in 4 weeks but my body was running off of protein just hard the way your saying to do it sounds much better. Im 280lb and love food i dont mind living in the gym i just hate when i cant eat lol bbut you gotta do what yo gotta do to get where you want to be.

IM 6'4 285lb about 24% BF i wanna drop that down to under 10% i know its going to be hard but im willing to bust my ass.

You got plenty of excess fat bro, you don't need to resort to keto or carb cycling yet, way too harsh. That's more for cut and contest prep. You can shed a couple pounds a week just by balancing your diet. If you add cardio and a quality OTC thermogenic, you can double that rate.....maybe more. Hang in there bro. Do yourself a favor and take some pics now so that you can see your progress in a couple weeks. Constant progress pics will help keep your self image positive. Trust me, if you don't take pics you won't notice how dramatically your physique has changed.
 
Ya, keep it up for sure! Going from 30% BF to 10% will change your life. Extend it too!:D

The journey will be something that will change you too. So many try and fail.


Im going to trow it out there, have you considered DNP? Bumpy ride in the fast lane, but the shit does work magic!
