How I gained 25lbs of muscle in 12 weeks with no increase in body fat!!

I've had some people asking me about my 12 week transformation plus how I gained almost 17lbs without increasing my body fat.

Here's how I did it:

*I did full body workouts 3 times a week. Basically followed the Colorado Experiment; where you do full body every other day, one set to failure, and 15 lifts without rest in between.

*Lean diet full of protein and incorporated the GOMAD diet. Took in over 4,000 calories a day plus about 350 grams of protein daily.

GOMAD (gallon of milk a day) is mostly for hardgainers but it will bulk you up fast. Each gallon contains about 2,200 calories and 128 grams of protein (60% casein/40% whey)

*Took an advanced DHEA compound called 4-DHEA - ß-DHEA - a-DHEA. It is the same compound found in the prohormone BULK-UP by ANDRO FACTORY. People say it is the equivalent of injectable testosterone.

This played an ENORMOUS factor in my ability to gain strength, mass and huge endurance increases in a matter of days. I also felt more like a man while taking this stuff. Easily some of the most effective prohormones I ever used.

I also took lots of whey protein shakes and lots of creatine!

Here's my 12 week before and after:

BEFORE

Weight: 134lbs
Body Fat % – 12
Water Weight – 60%
Chest Press – 65 x 9
Shoulder Press – 45 x 7
Deadlift – 80 x 8
Squat – 120 x 8
Lat Pull down – 120 x 9

AFTER

Weight – 151lbs
Body Fat % – 12
Water Weight – 65%
Chest Press – 90 x 8
Shoulder Press – 55 x 8
Deadlift – 95 x 9
Squat – 200 x 10
Lat Pull down – 165 x 8

I gained 2 inches on the bicep, 2.5 inches on the chest, and 2.25 inches on the calves...they were the 3 biggest gains I had!

BTW, I am doing now my 2nd cycle of BULK-UP in a couple of days...I'll be posting pictures, lifting stats, measurements, and detailed logs so you can watch the effects it has on me.

I am currently, as of 3/31:

162lbs
13% body fat
62.5% water weight

The goal is 175 post cycle. Let's see what happens!!! I will let you guys know as soon as it comes in!

such blatant advertising bullshit

you hadnt even the brains to make it 25lbs heavier on your 'result' weight.

FAIL!!

So was it DHEA that helped you gain weight or Superdrol, Dimethazine, and Decadrol?

Apparently this newbie thinks we are all idiots! The next thing is he is Mr. Universe/Olympia after gaining 100 pounds of muscle in a year.

This brainless dodo does not know of the Meso search feature as well as easily obtaining his previous posts. Also, he has yet to learn how to use Google (or any search engine).

The newspaper is from The Delaware County Daily Times - The Delaware County Daily Times - Latest News, Sports, Opinion, Entertainment, Business, Life . And the date of the paper is January 19, 2011 (15 MONTHS AGO)- http://www.delcotimes.com/articles/2011/01/19/news/doc4d36fe7957d92572567113.txt .

Maybe, just maybe, he needs to learn to be a bit more honest, but it is too late for that now. The only one being fooled is himself.

LMAO

I didnt really think of it as a fake to be honest, I was just commenting before everyone flamed him for looking 14 and taking gear.

It was nice of you to compliment him on his transformation. The pictures don't lie but unfortunately what he wrote was a little less truthful.

Thanks for all the replies. I will reply to each of the responses above:

mac111: my result weight was the weight difference during the cycle, not the entire 12 week difference.

Also, what am I advertising? I'm not even a rep of the prohormone I recommended. It's just what I took.

Millard Baker - am I supposed to feel like you caught me? Yes I took Methadrol Extreme, Androbulk, Andromass, and Havoc. They were taken FAR more recently than the 12 weeks I am referring to.

Michael Scally MD - apparently you are lacking in the reading comprehension department. I never said when that particular before and after picture was taken. That transformation occurred from January to April 15th of last year, as you said.

Please show me the line where I tried to mislead you to think otherwise. Here, let me refresh your memory in case you already forgot what I said:

"I am currently, as of 3/31:

162lbs
13% body fat
62.5% water weight"

My currently weight and bodyfat, as of TODAY.

Get your facts straight next time.

Your efforts at self-promotion and marketing are at best confusing and misleading, at worst deceptive. You've made admirable accomplishments regarding your physique but...

Obviously, you hope to profit financially from these projects: "12 week tranformation with Bulk UP", "30 lbs in 90 days", and "methadrol extreme review". I find it deceptive that you imply that you have no financial incentive simply because you're not a "rep". I'm sure you've made some good commissions for your efforts. Possibly more than a "rep". Good for you.

Can you honestly not see how your three posts on this forum and the chronological confusion would make anyone suspicious? Insulting us for pointing out the obvious doesn't help your credibility.

Millard - Yes I do see how that can be a logical thought based on everything I posted. Truth is, I just love working out, testing my limits, and sharing my experiences. That's why I am pursuing fitness training.

On some things I do earn money off of. Never deceptively. Everything I put online is true, and accurate based on my experiences w lifting and and actually using what I recommend. If people like the results I get fom them, they get them.

I earn a little money, they get an honest recommendation and a good product. Win win IMO.

Congratulations on the physique accomplishments.

You show creativity and talent with regards to marketing. But three posts in three months about gaining 25lbs and 22lbs and 30lbs without a chronological explanation is going to bring out the :spam: and :bullshit: flags every time on MESO.

Your honest results are always welcome. Good luck. Keep us posted.
